ਇਹ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਦੰਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਦੰਤਮਨਜਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮੰਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਮੰਮੀ ਨੇ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਮਾਰੀ,
“ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੌਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ?”
ਹਾਂ ਜੀ!
“ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੰਦ ਸਾਫ ਕਰ ਲਏ?”
ਮੰਮੀ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ
“ਨਹੀਂ! ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਕੀ?”
ਬਰਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਦੰਦ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ, ਸਿਮਰਨ।
ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੀਟਾਣੂ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੰਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਨੇ।
ਸਿਮਰਨ ਡਰ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਫਟਾ-ਫੱਟ ਬਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਿਆ।
ਮੰਮੀ ਨੇ ਫੇਰ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਮਾਰੀ,
“ਭੁਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੋ ਮਿੰਟ ਬਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨਾ।”
ਸਿਮਰਨ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਮਿੰਟ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਬਰਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਮੀ ਜੀ ਨੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹੁਣ ਸੋਂ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬੱਲੇ-ਬੱਲੇ!
ਜਦੋਂ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਬਿਸਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੜ ਗਿਆ, ਮੰਮੀ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ, “ਸਵੇਰੇ ਵੀ ਬਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨਾ!”
“ਚੰਗਾ ਜੀ, ਮੈਂ ਰੋਜ਼ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੌਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੋ ਮਿੰਟਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਰਸ਼ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ”
