Ecological dream, economic realities

Access to Clean Water

Clean drinking water is a basic human right and many people in rural India are still deprived of it.

Energy & Environment

For Urban India, power outages are a rarity. Yet, the access to equitable energy remains a challenge for communities in rural India

Healthcare & Nutrition

Healthcare is the right of every individual but quality infrastructure, access to basic medicines and medical facilities is limited to few economic class of society.

Education & Skill Development

Holistic education and skill development should be given top priority in rural India to make it possible for youth to find employment and financial stability.

Mapping the issues:

Rural India Development

Migration menace

65% of India's population lives in rural areas. People living in rural areas are migrating to metropolitan cities for better work, healthcare, and life opportunities.

Lacking the Basics

We can improve the current state by providing reliable electricity, clean drinking water, creating jobs, education for all, and affordable health care.

Uncertain Agriculture

Irrigation is resource intensive and uses electricity to ensure a successful crop production cycle. Electricity is also required for storage of foodgrains.

Case Study: 1

Primary School in Katavaram Village, Telangana

Due to the lack of electricity, students of this village were not able to learn and access the computer or the internet.

Challenges-

Solution Provided-

Solar + Energy Storage System

Vision Mechatronics proposed a sustainable and reliable solution. With the help of solar and OneBox® - energy storage system, we have enabled learning for the children

Cost-Effective Solution

We have provided a cost-effective solution, which has ensured a reliable supply of electricity

Encouraging Learning

Since the installation many new students have also joined the school to learn digitally from the computers

Headmaster, Katavaram Primary School

Madam Dhanlaxmi

I wanted the school to do well, when I came to this school there was no grid supply. I convinced Kelly Madam to get solar installed at the school so that children can use computers and the internet. We can now choose online classes for children and provide them with new ways to understand things."

Holistic community, future-ready solutions

The centre is located on the outskirts of Gurugram - bustling tech and finance city. The community was heavily reliant on the Diesel generator to mitigate power outages. Using DG for 6 hours did not only was expensive but also caused noise and air pollution. Their aim was to become energy independent and to have a backup of 2 days in case of no source of electricity.

1MWh Hybrid Battery Energy Storage System with 200kWp of solar. Combines existing Tubular gel batteries with new LI batteries.

Thinking Sustainability

flexible system, offers modular expandability on solar capacity and the load capacity and integration of newer & upcoming technologies.

Energy Independent & DG Replacement

The campus switched to renewable energy. 48 hrs. of critical load can be run on the 1MWh BESS. DG use redundant. 1500-2000 liters of diesel was used earlier at every instance of power cut.

Helping people help themselves

Solar + Hybrid Energy Storage System

Protecting Flora and Fauna

System safeguards plant and animal habitats by minimizing noise pollution - this adds to the peaceful ambience of the facility.

Affordable healthcare facilities can save lives and improve the health of citizens. Solutions that are based on solar energy and others can be employed to uplift the rural infrastructure.

Residential places can be connected to ESS and solar for stable electricity. Solar Street Lights can also be helpful in regions where grid electricity is not available.

Solar and ESS are a perfect combination for providing electricity for various activities like irrigation, threshing, warehousing, storages and others

Proper functioning infrastructure will provide much needed boost to the cottage and small-scale industries. It will act as an incentive for firms to provide employment to local youth.
