Who is Mrs. Roberts?

Principal

Mrs. Roberts is MSP’s Principal. She has worked for Plainville Schools for 16 years. She has been an Assistant Principal at MSP for 9 years, but before that she was an 8th grade science teacher and Team leader as well as a coach for cheerleading and track.

She has TWO children named Maddie (13) and Thomas (6), a dog named Mason and 2 cats named “Bellatrix LeStrange” (from the Harry Potter books) and “Anck Su Namun” (from The Mummy movies - she was rescued all the way from Egypt to join her family!). Mrs. Roberts lives with her husband Greg in Watertown, CT and loves reading, hiking, all animals and all things outdoors, especially exploring rivers, lakes and oceans!

Who is Mrs. Orfitelli?

Assistant Principal

Mrs. Orfitelli is MSP’s Assistant Principal. She has worked for Plainville Schools for 9 years. She was a teacher in New Britain before joining Linden Street School in 2012. Mrs. Orfitelli has taught many different grade levels and loves teaching students and teachers about literacy. You may recognize her if you are coming to us from Linden Street School.

Mrs. Orfitelli has a two year old daughter named Ella. She will be back at MSP later in the year because she is expecting a baby boy in July. Mrs. Orfitelli can’t wait to meet you!

Mrs. Orfitelli is a big Harry Potter fan. One of her cats is named Gryffindor. However, she is a Ravenclaw!
