One time this week when you feel frustrated, upset, or worried, find a quiet spot in your house to practice brain train. You can use brain train as many times as you need until you calm down.

Think:
About a time when you have said unkind thoughts to yourself when you were frustrated or angry.
Do:
Practice and repeat kind words to yourself daily. Either say them out loud or write them in a journal or BOTH!
