Ruchini Weerawardena is an HR professional with over 12 years HR experience in the IT industry. She has an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management Sri Lanka. She is professionally qualified in HR and Marketing and also has a BA in Peace and Conflict Resolution from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.

She is currently working as the Manager - Talent Management and Development at Sysco LABS Technologies (Pvt) Limited and is a trainer for Diversity Collective Sri Lanka on creating Respectful workplaces and is a guest lecturer for the Postgraduate diploma in HRM at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Ruchini enjoys reading books, listening to music and watching movies during her leisure time.
