How long | What | Who | How |
10’ | Icebreaker | Scrum Master | The Scrum Master helps team members arrive in the session by bringing an icebreaker, e.g., define the last Sprint with a song, movie, or an image |
10’ | Review Actions | Scrum Team | The team reviews the actions they committed last session, they evaluate if that was done and how they helped them or not |
40’ | Inspection | Scrum Team | The Scrum Master prepares a dynamic to help the team inspect the last Sprint. Common dynamics are: Sailboat, 4Ls, Sprint Timeline, Stop-Continue-Start, etc |
20’ | Actions | Scrum Team | Based on the inspection results, the team searches for opportunities to become more effective. They craft a maximum of three actions and commit to work on them during the next Sprint |
10’ | Tune out | Scrum Master | The Scrum Master wraps the session by bringing closure to the Sprint. You can alternate between giving kudos, weather report for next Sprint, session evaluation, etc |
