The Scrum Master prepares a dynamic to help the team inspect the last Sprint. Common dynamics are: Sailboat, 4Ls, Sprint Timeline, Stop-Continue-Start, etc

Scrum Team

Based on the inspection results, the team searches for opportunities to become more effective. They craft a maximum of three actions and commit to work on them during the next Sprint

The Scrum Master wraps the session by bringing closure to the Sprint. You can alternate between giving kudos, weather report for next Sprint, session evaluation, etc
