Exit Ticket: Pre-Finals Prep/Wellness

Before you leave: Use the rest of the meeting time to do one small thing to get yourself in a good place for the end of the semester and beginning of finals!

You could…

-Plan out tasks/assignments for the next week on a to-do list/planner/calendar

-Do one thing you've been procrastinating (answer a lingering email, read through and start a big assignment, etc.)

-Look up and pick out a nutritious breakfast/meal recipe to make for yourself during finals

-Pick a RecWell group fitness class to attend before/during finals to get some exercise and/or clear your mind (I recommend yoga!)

Do something for your mental/physical well-being and share it with me or a friend before you head out! 😁
