Level 1- Let's get ready to read

​

  • Click on the ABC icon
  • Click on the vowels to listen to the short vowel song. Example a- short a song etc.
  • Click on the letter of the alphabet and you will hear the sound and you will see a picture that represents the letter.

Level 2- Learn to Read

 

  • Click on the mouse icon
  • You can make words and study word families.
  • You can read a story using the word family of your choice.
  • Click on the skill you want to practice.Watch the movie of your choice.  Example: chunking, vowels, digrahps etc.

Level 3- It's Fun to Read

 

  • Click on the icon and it would take you on a reading adventure.
  • You can choose to create and All about Me book or read poetry or riddles and tongue twisters.
  • You can chose I'm Reading and it will give you plenty to chose from. This icon takes you on to level 4.

Level 4 - I'm Reading

 

  • Click on the dragon and explore various genres and chose a book to read. Example: Fiction/Nonfiction, Poetry etc.
  • You can read it right on the computer.
