By June 2023, 100% of BKNHS will partner with industries to offer career pathways, authentic work-based learning experiences, and career-connected learning informed by student voice and choice, where students are ignited by rigorous, dynamic hands-on experiences in 21st century classrooms, that support them in the pursuit of their passions and goals.
By June 2023, all BKNHS will engage students in culturally responsive and sustaining, standards-aligned instruction, integrating highly impactful literacy and SEL practices, whereby 100% of our students will graduate, and improve their college readiness by 10%.
By June 2023, all BKNHS will create or expand their parent
engagement plans to increase family involvement in our schools through collaboration and partnership with community stake- holders, empowering parents to be co-decision-makers and best advocates for their children’s learning needs in our reimagined communities.
By June 2023, the BKNHS district chronic absenteeism rate will decrease by 5%, while overall attendance will increase by 5%, resulting from�an effective and supportive attendance management system that involves school partners, structures for data monitoring and analysis, evaluation and assessment, and opportunities for meaningful stake- holder engagement.

In spite of the COVID epidemic, Brooklyn North High Schools under Supt Ross's leadership have consistently supported more and more students to graduate. As a result, as measured by NYSED accountability,�ALL 47 of our schools have achieved "good standing" status!
