Leveled Student Mix

Teams of students will be a mixture of O’Block El/Pivik El and new students

  • Please refrain from contacting the school to request teachers.
  • We will do our best to educationally place your child within a certified teaching team.

  • Students assigned to a team
  • Students will flexible group switch amongst teaching team for content areas of ELA-Math-Sci-Social Studies
  • Students will attend specials-recess-lunch with assigned homeroom

(Average classroom size = 25-28 students)

Grade 5 = Projected 4 Teams of 2-3 classrooms

ATTENDANCE INFORMATION

  • In order to be considered present for the day students must be in attendance for 203 minutes. Therefore students who arrive AFTER 11:33 AM or leave BEFORE 11:33 AM will be marked as Absent for the day.
  • Students are permitted to submit 10 parent excuses. After 10 parent excuses, a medical excuse will be required. Students will be marked “Unlawful” or UA until an excuse is provided.
  • An excuse is required to be submitted within 3 days of student’s return to school. If an excuse is not submitted within 3 days, the absence will remain “Unlawful.”
  • Excessive absences can result in charges filed with the magistrate.
