The Sprinkler Fitter

  • The Sprinkler Fitter has the responsibility of installing, maintaining, inspection and testing fire sprinkler equipment.
  • The Sprinkler Fitter must be knowledgeable of local and national code requirements and insurance regulations pertaining to proper installation, inspections, testing and maintenance.

Performance Reviews

  • Must perform satisfactory both on the job and in training.
  • Unsatisfactory progress can result in termination of your apprenticeship.
  • Required to work both inside and outdoors.
  • You will work with overhead piping and underground piping.
  • You must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

  • Birth certificate
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Official transcripts for High School and any Post-High education
  • Valid driver’s license or I.D. or U.S. Passport
  • Copy of DD-214 form if applicable

Registration Fee: $25.00 non-refundable application fee (check or money order only)

  • Must be physically capable of performing the essential function of the apprenticeship program
  • Pass drug screening as a condition of employment
