  • You will fill out a google form to share your SMART Goal + the Design Question you are focusing on.
  • You’ll receive an individualized view of the PL+ Tool with your DQ’s and action steps.
  • You can use the tool to prep, debrief, and reflect on your practice across the year.
  • Each school has flexibility to decide how and when to incorporate this tool!
  • Reach out to your principal + Ed Elements for ideas and more information.
