Overview of the Tool

If I use the tool, what will I see as an individual teacher?		What if I’m not using the tool yet?
One path: You will fill out a google form to share your SMART Goal + the Design Question you are focusing on. You’ll receive an individualized view of the PL+ Tool with your DQ’s and action steps. You can use the tool to prep, debrief, and reflect on your practice across the year.		Each school has flexibility to decide how and when to incorporate this tool! Reach out to your principal + Ed Elements for ideas and more information.
