Discharge System Power before Firmware Update

Flip power switch to【O】

Remove power cable and wait 【 2 -3】minutes

Flip power switch to 【I】

Plug in power cable and boot to OS

Clear CMOS by either using CMOS button or shorting JBAT1

Firmware Update

  • Firmware update should be done under windows OS
  • Connect M-Vision via cable to any Type-A port

  • Close all software that requires access to sensor data (EX : CPUID HWMonitor /AIDA64 / HWiNFO)
  • Unzip“MSI_448320_UpdateTool_IXXXXXXXX.zip”
  • Go to MSI_448320_UpdateTool_IXXXXXXXX folder, open“MSI_4483_UpdateTool.exe”

  • Press “Update FW”first
  • Press “Update Date”when FW update completes

Configuration

  • M-Vision USB cable must be connected to dedicated USB port

  • Flip M_SW1 to OFF & connect M-Vision to correct USB port will enable corresponding UR function from M-Vision (Boot / BIOS debug code etc)
