ADVICES

  • • If you want others to respect you, start by respecting others.
  • • Respect your family and teachers.
  • • Respect your partners, their dignity and their differences.
  • • Respect your environment.
  • • and respect yourself.

Our plan is to make your school a safe environment for everyone, but for this we need the students help:

11 of 15

ADVICES

  • Promote friendship
  • Promote collaborative work.
  • Set clear boundaries in your relationships with peers.
  • Intolerance and racism are also forms of abuse. Do not allow your dignity to be attacked by these causes, or offend anyone because of their cultural or religious values.
  • We are all different and we must respect other ways of dressing, interests, etc.

To prevent bullying

12 of 15

ADVICES

  • You are not guilty, it is the aggressor who has a problem.

  • You can be different. We all have the right to be different and to have our own way of being. No one can force us to change our personality.

  • Be brave, ask for help, tell your parents, your teachers or the security forces, those people you trust will help you.

If they attack you

13 of 15

ADVICES

  • Seek respect from others, not dominance over them.
  • If you continue to attack others you will have lots of problems in your life.
  • Put in the other children´s shoes and think how you would feel if you suffer the attack.
  • If your friens reinforce your violent tendencies and challenge you to act like a bully, find new friens and withdraw from them.
  • If you have problems at home, ask your teacher for help.
  • Talk to someone you trust about your problems.

If you are the aggressor

14 of 15

ADVICES

  • Don`t shut up. Your silence justifies the attack and supports it.
  • Dont laugh at the bullies´attacks.
  • Tell your family or teachers what you are seeing.
  • Remember that, in the event of repeated or serious attacks, you must immediately notify an adult.
