Our idea: "GreenMenu - a service for choosing environmentally friendly dishes and supporting rational nutrition in restaurants"

GreenMenu is an online platform and mobile app that helps users find restaurants that offer dishes made with sustainable, local ingredients. The service allows restaurants to label their dishes as "green", indicating their low carbon footprint and the origin of the ingredients, promoting sustainable consumption.

  • Eco-certification of dishes: GreenMenu works with restaurants to certify dishes made with organic, local, or recycled products. This increases consumer awareness and promotes ecological food in the field of public catering.
  • User Mobile App: Through the app, users can find restaurants that offer environmentally responsible dishes, and view menus with detailed information on the origin of ingredients and environmental impact, allowing them to make informed choices when ordering food.
  • Sustainability rating: Each dish receives a sustainability rating based on transportation distance, growing methods, and recycled or local produce use. This rating is displayed in the application for users.
  • Discounts and Rewards: Consumers can receive rewards and discounts for choosing eco-friendly meals with a high score, which incentivizes them to choose eco-friendly food.
