    • Private, nonprofit agency serving individuals with persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder 
    • Focuses on social determinants of health including but not limited to affordable housing, recovery and reintegration, care coordination, etc.

Compeer

    • Compeer serves as a bridge to better mental health and community integration
    • Focuses on social connections and mentoring programs for adults with mental health diagnoses, youth, children & family treatment and support services, family peer mentoring, “CORE”, etc.
