Astronomical Center - Shumen University

The Astronomical Center (AC) "Prof. Dr.F.M.N. Vladimir Shkodrov" was established as a structure of the Shumen University (SU) "Bishop Konstantin Preslavski" in 1997.

It is located on the 3rd building of the Shumen University.

Astronomical Observatory - Shumen

The building of the Astronomical Observatory is located in the Shumen Plateau Nature Park and has coordinates: latitude φ=43° 15' 27", longitude λ=26° 55' 23" and altitude 493 meters.
