General Instructions
The schedule of the Workshop can be found in the Workshop Program page (link) of the ChiPSAL website.
You will be given a Spotlight session in the main session of the Workshop, this will be of 2 minutes ONLY per poster. Use this opportunity to,
Capture Attention: Highlight the most exciting aspects of your work.
Spark Curiosity: Leave the audience wanting to learn more.
Drive Engagement: Encourage attendees to visit your poster during the poster session for an in-depth discussion.
The poster session will be hosted in GatherTown. The next slide contains a general introduction to GatherTown.

About GatherTown
We will be utilizing GatherTown as the platform for the poster sessions. GatherTown is an online platform that allows presenters to share content and communicate with participants in a virtual conference environment.

Instructions on the Spotlight Session
The Spotlight Session will be 2 minutes ONLY per poster.
We will following a one slide template.
Although we leave it upon the authors to come up with their own contents, the slide must contain the following key information.
Title of the Poster: The title SHOULD BE SAME as the title of the Poster and the Paper.
Paper ID
Since the main purpose of the spotlight is to get the attention of the audience and to encourage them to visit your poster, utilize visual elements and simple text to grab the attention of the audience.
The single slide MAY contain the following,
A single sentence of the research gap.
High level architecture or pipeline of the methodology.
Highlight one key result or improvement.

Poster Instructions
Poster size: A0 ( landscape preferred)
The Title and the content of the poster should same as the Paper.
The Poster should be easily readable.
The contents should encompass separate panels for following components (but not limited to),
Introduction
Methodology
Results and Discussion
Conclusion
The captions of tables and figures should be short and informative.
For charts and maps, use colour schemes that allow readers with colour vision deficiencies to correctly interpret your findings. (Optional Please check your images using the Coblis – Color Blindness Simulator and revise the colour schemes accordingly).
