Reach: Extent to which the idea will reach students across all parts of the state | Equity: Degree to which the idea will address persistent equity gaps in student success | Transformative: Likelihood that the idea will bring real, lasting, substantive change for student success in education and career | Sustainability: Idea can be supported beyond one-time funding |
3 = Far/broad reach 2 = Medium or uncertain reach 1 = Narrow or limited reach | 3 = High impact 2 = Medium or uncertain impact 1 = Low impact | 3 = Quite likely 2 = Somewhat likely 1 = Not likely | 3 = High sustainability 2 = Medium/uncertain sustainability 1 = Low sustainability |
