Every building has its own unique features, especially older buildings. It is imperative that strata committees representing owners corporations understand the implications of approving changes to common property as some common property may require special treatment.

The following is a list of unique features for the <name of the building> building.

Write a list of things that are unique to your building. Examples:

Original glass used for the building is thinner than was the current building code is. This can impact glass replacements/window repairs.
Bricks used for the front wall are no longer made by brick manufacturers therefore bricks are required to be custom made.
