How To Join/Renew Your LWV Membership

Go to your League-specific website and click the Join/Renew button in the top navigation bar.

The link will take you to a form. You'll be prompted to enter your email to continue.

Check your email, and you will see an email that contains a code. Copy this code.

Return to the membership form. Enter the code sent to your email and click Verify.

Complete the Membership Registration Details.

You'll be asked if you want to add a second person. If you select this option, complete the secondary person fields and indicate whether or not�you live in the same household. Please note that if you add a second person, the dues amount will be doubled.

Finish completing the Membership Registration Details and select a membership option. Click Next.

Add any additional Membership Contribution and click Continue.

Review the checkout page. Click Enter new payment details to add your payment.

You can pay by credit card or your bank account. Select US bank account if paying by your bank account (checking).
You will need to verify your bank account using this method. View Bank Account Verification to learn more.

Once your bank account is verified, click Pay.

You'll have an option to print a receipt. A copy of the receipt will also be emailed to you.

You will receive a Welcome email. You can use the link in the email to access the LWV Member Portal.
Upon your first sign-in, you may be prompted to complete your profile information in order to gain access to the Portal.

Click on the link and complete your profile information, if prompted

Once in the Member Portal, you can access a copy of your membership payment transactions by clicking on the Payments tile.

Once in Payments, you can view your transactions and manage your payment methods from this page.

In the Member Portal, you can also update your contact information. Click on the Profile tile.

The default view is General. Click Edit Profile to update your name, address, and/or contact information. Save changes when done.

The Portal also allows you to access League-specific resources by clicking on your League in the top navigation menu.
Join/Renew Process
Once you click on your League, you'll be able to access League-specific resources like Leadership and League Resources.�Please note that role holders (for example, a President) may see more icons than a member with no roles.
