Password Reset Instructions

Had a Hoopla account, but can’t

remember your password?

​

Do NOT click on Password Reset! Hoopla’s email won’t get through SFUSD’s filters!

  1. Your name and birth date
  2. Your library card number
  3. The password you want (8-digits or longer).

Write to Ms. Campbell (campbelld@sfusd.edu) from your school email account:

Subject: Hoopla Password Reset Request

Include the following in your email:

Ms. Campbell will respond to you when your password has been reset - usually, within 24-hours.
