Poster Requirements:

Formatting

• Font Size: Text must be clearly readable when printed; a minimum of 22–25 pt is recommended.
• Font Type: Any font may be used, provided it is clear and easy to read.
• Figures: All figures, charts, and images must be of high resolution and print quality.

Typical Poster Structure

Posters typically include the following sections:

• Background
• Methods
• Results
• Discussion

Authors may deviate from this format as appropriate. For ongoing research, posters may instead include research objectives, proposed methods, and expected outcomes.

Presentation Responsibilities

• Posters must be printed by the author and brought to the conference.
• Presenters are expected to remain with their poster for the entire duration of their assigned session to answer questions and participate in evaluation.
