TI Version 2.4

Corrected associations: Use Case #4 addresses updates to an existing verified association, including timing corrections and patient-ID changes for the same person. The specification defines correctable fields for active and completed associations, uses OBX-11 = C, and preserves the original association reference in OBR-29.2.

Wrong associations: Use Case #5 addresses associations reported for the wrong patient or device. The specification uses OBX-11 = W, references the original association, and propagates the invalidation to consumers so affected data can be deleted or flagged for review and further reporting with the wrong patient identifier stops. A replacement association receives a new identifier.
