the SPARE will be Installed …
the Dismantled Equipment will send out for REFURB
which will take 1 month.
Constraint is the SINGLE Contractor can only do REFURB for ONE Equipment at a Time.
Therefore the DUE Dates for the the Equipments cannot coincide due to the 1 month Constraint.
