  • Preliminary Federal Budget Worksheet
  • Federal Assurances & GEPA Statement - signed by Board President & Superintendent
  • Special Education Maintenance of Effort Worksheet
  • ALE Consortium MOU

Uploading the AR App Google Sheet into Indistar

Once the AR App is complete, upload the link to your District’s Google Sheet into Indistar.

  • Select share in the top right corner.

  • Choose General Access.

​

  • Copy the link

  • Login to your Indistar account.
  • Navigate to the top right menu bar and click the blue folder icon.

Click the “Upload a New File” button on the Document Upload page.

  • Under Document type select Website Link then paste the google Link for your workbook.
  • Go to Add in Folder and Choose the 2025-26 Form Uploads folder.
  • Place your name in the “Uploaded by” field.
  • Click the green save button.

Complete the following documents, scan them and save them to your computer.

  • Affirmation of Consultation with Private Schools
  • LEA Assurances and GEPA Statement
  • SPED Maintenance of Effort Worksheet
  • Federal Preliminary Budgets
  • ALE Consortium MOU

Uploading Documents into Indistar

  • Under Document type select new file.
  • Choose the file to be uploaded.
  • Go to Add in Folder and Choose the 2025-26 Form Uploads folder.
  • Place your name in the “Uploaded by” field.
  • Click the green save button.

Submitting Documents in Indistar

After uploading your documents you will need to:

  • Go back to the main page and enter the submissions tab.
  • To submit, click the submit button for each form or report that is due.
