Basics

  • Program is open to ALL students
  • 40 min periods/class meets every other day

​

Typically:

  • Research 1 – 9th (or 10th graders who haven’t had research)
  • Research 2 – 10th (or 11th graders who haven’t had research)
  • Research 11/12 – 11th & 12th graders
  • After School Research- (11th & 12th graders who can not fit it in their schedule)

** All learning for all students funnels through their project with consideration given to their ability and passion**

  • Student grades are based on a total points system (Assignments 100%).   The course is Pass/Fail for marking period 1 and 3. 

​

  • Students will get a Numerical Grade for marking period 2 and 4

​

  • MP2 will be calculated using all of the MP1 and MP2 assignments, and MP4 will be calculated using all of the MP3 and MP4 assignments.

​

  • Marking period 2 and 4 will average for the Final Grade.
