CLOSING DAY

  • Closing can be from 12:00 – 6:00 P.M, I am not notified of the closing so give me a call when you get in.
  • Keys are typically picked up at the Lawyers office.
  • The seller may be late moving out. Be prepared.
  • Check the items included in the sale to make sure they work.
  • Plan your move in advance. Be prepared for possible delays.
