Ms. Walstrom (aka Jennie)

Undergrad and Grad school: I went to UC Berkeley for my undergraduate degree in Genetics and Plant Biology and Mills college for my Masters in Education

My family: I live with my fiance and our puppy, Willow. We were going to get married last summer but had to postpone our wedding due to covid.

How best to communicate with me: Probably email is the most efficient, but I am happy to set up a zoom call so we can chat face to face.

What Influenced me: My family play a huge role in my life, I have played and performed music most of my life and now I help out my dad in his music shop, Timbre Folk and Baroque.

What I have learned about teaching during distance learning: Everyone is doing the best they can with what they have and we have to remember to be kind to ourselves and others.

That’s me and Willow

My mask looks like a beard :/
