The class blog is the recommended place for learners to share and connect with their audience.

  • Embedding in a blog from Google Drive.
  • Google Drive is the default storage space
  • Monitor content and interactions through email notifications and the Hāpara Teacher Dashboard.
  • Google Drive for Education has unlimited storage

The only legal option for learners to share video is via Google Drive. Storage for Google Apps for Education is unlimited.�

Recommended Channel Settings

  • Default for uploaded video will be set as unlisted

  • Videos will be shared by embedding them in a school blog or Google Site

  • If videos have been created for assessment or appraisal purposes they can be embedded in Sites or Blogs or the link can be shared with parents/colleagues via Google Drive or email

Visibility settings: �Public anyone can see the video

Private only those you invite to view the video can view it

Unlisted only people who know the link to the video can view it

Comments are automatically �disabled on content created for kids.

Create a YouTube Playlist

Click the �under the video, then click save

Choose your playlist, or create a new playlist.

If you create a new playlist, enter a playlist name.

Use the drop down box to select your playlist's privacy setting.

Click Create.

Channels marked as content for kids will have the option to save, grayed out.

Just return to the search page (or search for the title to make sure you get the same video).

Use the three dots to save to your playlist.

Locate the URL to share your playlist by either

copying the URL from the omnibox (Check the URL includes the word playlist)

OR

Click the
