• State topic: Action item Considering helping Indivisible East Bay make phone calls about a California climate bill. May need people, especially constituents of Bauer-Kahan, to make calls.

SB 684- Polluters Pay Climate Superfund Act of 2025 or AB 1243: Polluters Pay Climate Superfund Act of 2025 (The bill establishes a Superfund Program to be administered by CAL EPA and requires fossil fuel polluters to pay their fair share of the damage caused by GHG emissions between 1990-2024.)
