About the country
Spain it is the wonderful place on the West of Europe. More then 8O millions of tourists visit this country every year. And most of all they like Spanish food. But this is not surprising because the local food is delicious.
Main traditions
Spanish culture has some specialties. Food is very healthy and unique. For example there is no butter. Instead of it Spaniards use only olive oil. Also each their dish consist of herbs and spices.
Daily meal
In this country people prefer to start their day from the cup of coffee and different kinds of cakes or croissants. They don’t spend a lot of time for cooking breakfast or just go to the cafes. Also they like to have a lunch there. But supper is very important. It usually consist of a soup, some salad and a desert with a coffee.
National food
National Spanish courses: pelia (dish with the rice), haspatcho (spice soup that serve cold), hamon (meat) and tapas (snack). Spaniards also like to add tomatoes and garlic to the dishes.
