Staffing Needs

      • Works on negotiations and contracts for Guests
      • Pre-event; can still staff other departments at event
    • Content Development Team
      • Comes up with ideas for Guests to contribute throughout the event and helps schedule
      • Pre-event; can still staff other departments at event
  • Less Time-Sensitive
    • GuestOps Team
      • Deals with logistics of travel, lodging, and ground transportation and ensures it is smooth on-site
      • Mix of pre and at event, can only staff Guests Dept
    • Liaison Team
      • Assists individual Guests throughout the event with questions, small tasks, and navigating the event and crowds
      • At-Event; can only staff Guests Dept at event
    • Hospitality Team
      • Manages Guest Lounge and interfaces with Ops and Liaison teams to ensure smooth experience for Guests
      • At-Event; can staff other departments but preferred to focus on Guests shifts

Recruiting Process

  • Form will open up for collecting basic information
    • Starting Mid-May to Beginning of June
    • Rolling recruitment (if you apply after we have time to interview you for the upcoming event, we may still reach out later on for the following year)
  • Interviews held to determine if a good fit for the department, interfacing with Guests themselves, and which teams would be the best fit based on experience, skills, and interests.
