WHAT IS IT?

The Leader in Me is a whole-school transformation program based on Stephen R. Covey’s book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. It aims to empower students, staff, and school communities by

  1. Fostering leadership skills
  2. Creating a high trust school culture
  3. Empower students to achieve academic excellence

The program is designed to help students discover their potential, develop essential life skills, and prepare for success in both school and life.

The Leader in Me equips students with the self-confidence and skills they need to thrive in the 21st century economy.

    • As a whole school we are explicitly teaching the language associated with the seven habits within each classroom.  This is embedded within not only our curriculum, but our whole school environment and culture.
