How fast does a Shuttle travel? Like any other object in low-Earth orbit, a Space Shuttle must reach speeds of about 28,000 kilometers per hour to remain in orbit. (The exact speed depends on the Space Shuttle's orbital altitude, which normally ranges from 304 kilometers to 528 kilometers.)

We found out that we can, in 1 hr jog 7km. And we can sprint 19.8km in 1 hr. Compared to a space shuttle our top speed is nothing. Because a space shuttle goes 28,000km per hour!!

While Maddie goes 6.1M/S

So the Space Shuttle goes more than 1000 times faster than Maddie.

Cheetah: A Cheetah is the fastest land animal.

The fastest they can run is between 112 and 120 km per hour.

Leopard: A leopard can run up to 64-88 km/h

Falcon: A falcon can fly up to 321.87 km/h

Bullet: A Bullet can go up to 6437.4km/s

Rhyn: Rhyn can run up to 21.600 km per hour.

Finn: Finn can runup to 20.888 km per hour.

A cheetah runs 100m 5.95s = 16.8m/s

Matt runs 100m in 12.9s = 7.8m/s

Max runs 100m in 14.4 = 6.9m/s

So the average speed of Matt and Max is 7.35m/s so the cheetahs speed is over double the amount of Matt and Max's

Tate can run 14.4 km/hr . The coman usa jack rabbit can run 84.3 km/hr . A cheetah can run up to 120 km/hr The Spirit OF Australia can go 510 km/hr !

Shannon &Katie

A cheetah can run 100 hundred metres in 5.95s.

Katie can run 100m in 19.20s.

Shannon can run 100m in 17.10s.

Usain Bolt can run 100m in 9.58s.

Which means a cheetah is running 16.8m per a second compared to katie who is running 5.2m per a second and shannon who is running 5.9m per a second.

So the cheetah is actually running 10.6m more than katie.But the cheetah is only gaining 6.2m more than Usain Bolt is per a second.

Claudia 100m = 21.96 sec 4.6 metres per sec

Usain 100m = 9.63 sec 10.4 metres per sec

This means Usain Bolt can run 100 metres in less than half of the time it took Claudia...... :(

Poppi vs Cheetah -

Poppi 100m = 17.04sec 5.9 metres per sec

Cheetah 100m = 5.95sec 16.9 metres per sec

This means a cheetah can run 100 metres in three times less than Poppi can.......

Claudia vs Fastest Car -

Claudia 100m = 21.96 sec 4.6 metres per sec

Car 100m = 0.87 sec 115.9 metres per sec

This means the fastest car is soo much faster than Claudia :(

Elf Owls- approx 7-20 km per hour.

Blue Whales- can get up to 50 km per hour.
