School Improvement Plan Goals 2022-2024 Master Metrics
Instructional Excellence:Preparing Students for Life
Reading Goal: By June 2024, the overall percent proficiency for reading will be at least 81.3% as measured by the reading end of grade (EOG) test. (A2.04, A4.01, A4.16, B3.03, E1.06, C2.01)
Math Goal: By June 2024, the overall percent proficiency for math will be at least 81% as measured by the reading end of grade (EOG) test. (A2.04, A4.01, A4.16, B3.03, E1.06, C2.01)
Multi-Language Learner Acquisition Goal: By June 2024, the overall percent proficiency will be at least 61% as measured by the ACCESS test. (A2.04, A4.01, A4.16, B3.03, E1.06, C2.01)

Creating a Culture of Safety and Wellness
School Culture Goal: By June 2024, Teacher-Student relationships will improve to at least 80% as measured the Panorama Student Survey (A4.01, A4.06, A1.07, E1.12)
Strengthening Family and Community Engagement By June 2024, Glenwood will host at least 4 family engagement events (E1.06)
Empowering, Equipping and Investing in Our People By June 2024, Glenwood will implement a staff profile
survey to identify characteristics in candidates to support the interview and onboarding process for candidates.
