End of Year Requirements

  • EEP Final reflection (if year-long SLO)
  • End of Year EE Self-Reflection
    • All Danielson Components in 4 domains
    • PSD areas of expertise
  • Identifying, linking, reflecting upon, and tagging artifacts
  • Workshop time

EE Google Classroom

All required documentation is available in your building’s EE Google Classroom.

  • Go to classroom.google.com.
  • Click into your school EE classroom.
  • Locate the required documentation.
  • Click on to access each document.

EEP Final Reflection

This is required for year-long SLO’s only. If you did a semester-long SLO, double check that you have already completed this step.

  • Fill in SLO and PPG Goals
  • “Status of Goal”:
    • SLO - Descriptor (“Met,” “Exceeded,” etc. and SLO score)
    • PPG - Descriptor only (“Met,” “Exceeded,” etc.)
  • Final Reflection
  • Once you complete the form, return to Google Classroom and click .

EEP Final Reflection - ACMS only

“End of Interval SLO Document” in your Google Classroom.

  • You must upload your own document
  • The form you used to submit your initial SLO will dictate the end of interval form you will use.
    • If you used the ACMS: SLO Planning & Monitoring Form 2015-16, you may complete the end of interval review portion of that document.
    • If you used the DPI template you may complete the end of interval review portion of that document.
  • Please upload/attach and submit this 1 week prior to your end of the year meeting.

SLO Scoring Rubric

The SLO Scoring Rubric is located on the “About” tab of your EE Google Classroom. This is a 5-page document; scroll down to the bottom of page 4.

End of Year EE Self-Reflection

  • Wait for drop-down menu to load in the cells.
    • A downward-pointing caret will appear and you may select a box with a checkmark in it.
  • Select the critical attributes that best describe your performance.
  • Assign yourself a score in each of the components.
    • You may give yourself half-points by selecting two scores.
    • Example 3.5 = Level 3 and Level 4
  • Be sure to explain your rationale for your scores.
  • All four Danielson domains and the PSD Areas of Expertise must be scored.
    • Click on each tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
  • Once you complete the form, return to Google Classroom and click .

Upload EE Artifacts

  • Open the document: “Artifacts/Evidence (submitted by educator)”
  • In Column A, Type the title of the 3-5 artifacts that you will submit, and link the words to your own documents:
    • One Unit Plan (required)
    • Parent Communication log (required)
      • If you cc’d your administrator on all parent emails, simply indicate that you have done so -- no need to upload a document.
    • 1-2 additional artifacts of your choice. Concentrate on Domains 1 and 4.
  • In Column B, write a brief reflection about the importance of each artifact.
  • Tag each artifact with all of the Danielson components that apply.
    • Click on drop-down menu/caret to select one component at a time.
  • Once you complete the form, return to Google Classroom and click .
