Welcome back Cougars! I hope everyone had a relaxing enjoyable Thanksgiving break. I hope you were all able to spend some time with your family and did not indulge in your feast, too much. I am so thankful for all and ready to jump back into all our learning.

Math: Students will continue to learn and practice multiplication and division strategies with a focus on 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, and 1. Students will multiply with two-digit multiples of 10 and solve one- and two-step word problems involving the four operations.
Writing: During Writing Workshop students will begin the drafting and editing process of their narrative writing piece.
Reading: We are continuing our study on Fictional Literature with a focus on characters’ trait vocabulary and retelling stories to determine the central theme or moral and mood and tone.
