*Jewish run and operates under sponsorship/guidance of the Jewish community relations council of the San Francisco Bay area and funded by Israeli, Zionist groups that drive their pro-Israeli advocacy
*The Jewish community relations council recognizes Israelis role into Jewish identity and is committed to Zionism.
*Dedicated on improving education on Judaism and Israel.
*ICS is not a true educational outlet, it is public affairs and advocacy group
*Only Jewish voices who are not teachers/historians
Impact: bias, inaccurate textbooks and teacher training
*They provide free continuing education to teachers
Director describes working behind the scenes with textbook publications saying they came to her asking her to write the manuscript.

Why do �Muslim schools need �well-researched �and vetted resources on Palestine �at this time
If Islamic schools are using the same western textbooks : Pearson, Hartcourt, McGraw Hill, and others or if the school is using TEA material, then your students are exposed to directly to ICS content or approved edits of ICS which includes misinformation, selective framing, and missing information to a degree that is misleading
Injustice and Disservice to all students because they are not learning facts, result in narrow minded students instead of critical thinkers
*This curriculum will deprive students of skills needed to become future Muslim leaders and advocating for their rights and Muslim rights or prevent them from involvement in politics
What is taught in high school and lower grades is transformational
Muslim youth seeing themselves in negative images leads to, self doubt, and lack confidence
Islamic schools have a responsibility not just to the students but to the community
