Visit the Activities portal and Select the grade level for your child and click on the View Listing

button

For Elementary and Upper School Parents/Caregivers

STEP 1: �Click on Parents Login Here

For Elementary and Upper Schools

STEP 2:

Fill out the parent email used in Aspen and the password. This is the same login as the Family Portal. If you forgot your password, please click on Reset Password. If you need to change the email address in Aspen then, please contact your school’s clerk.

STEP 3: Click on the child’s name that you are registering.

STEP 4:

Begin searching for the activities you would like to register your child for. On the screen are various ways to search the database of activities.

STEP 5: After you have located the activity, click on the Enroll Now button.

If the activity is full, you are welcome to join the waitlist by clicking on the Full: Join Waitlist button.

STEP 6:

Here you will be prompted to complete the online �registration form.

How to Cancel a Registration

STEP 1: Click on �My Enrollments

STEP 2: �Click on the Cancel Enrollment button
