XCSO has a formal relationship with NC through the Division Chairs Committee and the Division Executive Directors Committee
NC has a newish CEO, Beckie Scott.
Beckie has reorganized the Canmore office as well as high performance programming.
There is more of a focus on high performance, fiscal management and fundraising.
There are some questions regarding roles and responsibilities of the NSO, PSO and clubs.
Continued advocacy and meaningful communication is vital!
