Day 1 – March 20^th, 2026

• AM - Depart Denver with TBA Airlines.
• PM - Arrival in New York, NY
• Upon arrival retrieve your luggage, board the waiting coach and transfer to your hotel in Manhattan for check-in 
• Stroll to Times Square
• Dinner (at own expense)

​

Morning:

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• 75-minute guided tour of Radio City Music Hall.

​

Afternoon:

• Lunch (at own expense).
• 60-minute Broadway Workshop “Meet the Artist”.

​

Evening:

• Group dinner at TBA Restaurant.
• Enjoy a Musical on Broadway.

​

Overnight in Manhattan

Day 3 – March 22^nd, 2026

​

Morning:

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Walk through Central Park.
• Self-guided tour of the MET-The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

​

Afternoon:

• Lunch (at own expense).
• Enjoy a concert at the New York Philharmonic.
• Self-guided tour of the Broadway Museum.

​

Evening:

• Dinner at (at own expense).

Overnight in Manhattan

Day 4 – March 23^rd, 2026

​

Morning:

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Board the Ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.
• Walk up Broadway, Passing the Raging Bull and Trinity Church, to the 9/11 memorial.
• Visit the Reflecting Pools and the 9/11 Memorial and Museum.

​

Afternoon:

• Lunch (at own expense) at Hudson Yards which has many lunch options.
• Visit The Edge Observatory for a breathtaking view of the city.

​

Evening:

• Dinner (at own expense).

​

Overnight in Manhattan

Day 5 – March 24^th, 2026

​

Morning:

​

• Breakfast at the hotel. Followed by check out.
• Load the bus and transfer to the airport for check in.

​

Late Morning/Afternoon:

• Depart New York with TBA Airlines.
• Arrive at Denver International Airport.

• Round trip ticket with a TBD Airline from Denver to New York La Guardia and return.
• Hotel accommodation for 4 nights at a 3 Star Hotel in the Manhattan Area. (4 students per room - 2 queen beds). Chaperones Sleep two to a room.
• Daily Breakfast at the hotel.
• 1 Group dinner at Hard Rock Cafe (or similar).
• Airport transfers to and from the hotel in 1 motor coach.
• Subway passes.
• 60-minute Broadway workshop “Up Close”.
• Ferry Ride around Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty.
• Visit of the 9/11 Memorial and Reflecting Pools.
• Self-guided tour of the 9/11 Museum.
• Entrance to The Edge Observatory at Hudson Yards.
• 1 Broadway musical (evening).
• Guided tour of Radio City Music Hall.

• $ 260 on the 15^th each month.
• Final Payment due: 1/15/26 $255 or Balance due.

If a cancellation occurs, the cancellation fee must be paid to AdvantEdge Tours LLC at time of cancellation. Depending on the purchase of insurance you will then be able to file an insurance claim.

Parents or guardians have to register as an account holder for their student.

You have to be 18 years or older to be an account holder.

Each student will have access to their own personalized ‘Group Collect Donations Page’.

• Donations, within the context of this online registration and payment system, means accepting online financial payments from donors that will be applied directly toward the cost of your student’s trip.
• The donor will be able to see how much more this passenger owes on their trip to help them decide how much to donate.
• The donor can select a pre-set or custom amount to donate.
• Donors may only pay by credit or debit card at this time.
• Donors card information will not be stored, this means that anyone who makes more than one donation will have to enter in payment information each time they donate.
• The donor and the recipient will each receive an email confirmation once the donation has been processed.
