Currently, there are plenty of news articles that update on the Coronavirus situation daily - yet there are a lot of misinformation and redundant information.
On the Overview page, CoronaX displays the number of new cases confirmed in the local tract/city based on user’s location - the most relavant information most users want to know. It also displays user’s personal health trend in the past 7 days (as a cycle for the virus).
Daily Check-in and Pre-Diagnosis
CoronaX is like a friendly guide with medical insight.
Every morning, it asks the user to input their daily vitals and feelings on a 7-day cycle. The system returns an accurate suggestion according to each user’s holistic situation on the timeline using our AI learning model that congregates data from current confirmed cases as well as other CoronaX users monitoring their symptoms.
Similar Cases Matching
Instead of telling the user that they should take certain actions or not panic, CoronaX provides all the cases from real users matching with the user’s collective symptoms, journeys to places and timelines, and displays their information in an anonymous way.
The goal is to provide experiential insight to users and help the system learn about the new health crisis more efficiently.
Creating Daily Events and Receiving Guidance
After the morning check-up, system prompts user to input his/her plans of the day. CoronaX guides the user to think through some decisions and provides resources as the user goes through each event.
The bigger the user base gets, the more system is able to give accurate suggestions to prevent users from entering health hazards.

Besides monitering one’s own health trends, the user is able to see how his/her friends and family are doing once connected. On a 7-day cycle, the user completes a journey and earns a badge for being self-aware.
If a user is diagnosed with the virus, he/she is able to provide insights and experience for others.
