  • Causes of Depression- A combination of:

Emotions- Do you Agree ?

  • Emotions are natural and essential for a fulfilling life- Emotions arise from a combination of internal and external factors:
  • Emotions complex psychological states that involve three main components:
    • Subjective Experience: How you feel internally (e.g., happiness, sadness, anger).
    • Physiological Response: Bodily reactions like increased heart rate, sweating, or hormonal changes.
    • Behavioral Expression: Outward actions, such as facial expressions, tone of voice, or body language.
  • Important to allow yourself to feel and express emotions. Suppressing them can lead to unresolved issues and mental health problems.
  • The key is balance—understanding your emotions and responding in ways that align with your goals and values. Excessive/poorly managed emotions can lead to negative consequences

Now do you agree with this?

  • “The mind is everything. What you think, you become.” – Buddha
  • “Mind is mindless”
  • Brain and Mind are two entities often loosely inter-changed.
    • The brain is matter, it is an organ - it has a definite shape, size, weight, location etc.
    • The mind is not matter, but it matters a lot more!! It has no definite shape, size, weight, location, etc., but has a huge potential.
    • brain is the CPU - it is 'hardware', it is the mind's processor. The mind uses the brain and makes 'software' of thoughts etc.
  • Psychology, as a science, provides powerful tools to helps us to understand how the mind works, providing practical techniques to drive personal growth.

  • Negative talks, thoughts…. mind enjoy
  • Always interested to new msg/alert coming in- feels this is important
  • Attention maximum scan-one and half minute
  • Everything what is important for living- GOD has kept to himself- not believing in Human Mind
  • Every one feels that he/she has come to world to change others—fact not so- one can change himself
  • Even if you do not believe in God…you actually believe God

  • Don't tag people or make an opinion based on any incident/encounter. Someone who hates you now can even be madly in love with you tomorrow.
  • Never take important decisions based on people's advice. Nobody but you know what suits you best and nobody but YOU have to face the consequences, good or bad. Trust yourself and be ready to take the responsibility.
