A guide to
ALIVE is one of Tsukipro franchises. It has two groups, Growth and SOARA, both groups won the Tsukipro Grand Prix which had a debuted as idols guaranteed.
ALIVE
Growth has 4 members, Etou Koki, Yaegashi Kensuke, Sakuraba Ryota and Fujimura Mamoru. Koki is the leader, and Mamoru the composer. (In real life, that’s John/Akira Takizawa.)
Koki, Kensuke and Ryota were juniors in Sun Promotion Entertainment, a well-known agency aside from Tsukino Talent Production.
Mamoru was a salaryman (unemployed by then) that ended up meeting Koki when he was playing a keyboard in the street.
Eventually, the three of them left Sunpro to participate from Tsukipro’s Grand Prix with Mamoru, getting to debut as Growth.
While preparing for the audition, Mamoru says that if they’re going to participate they need a name, and Koki explains he already thought about it, because there’s something in common between the four surnames, they have kanjis of plants. Eto and Fujimura for “Wisteria”; Sakuraba “Cherry blossom” and Yaegashi “Oak”. That’s why he thought about “Growth”. Not only because of how plants grow, it’s a word that can mean growing up, maturing, progress, a name with no limits, a name with a wish and a goal.
Growth’s fans are “Forest people”. (森の民)

DRAMA CDs
Side G. Vol 1
In this CD is when they meet with Mamoru. (Kou, Ken and Ryo were friends already.) Mamoru became homeless after losing his job due to his company going bankrupt, and Koki let him live with him with "songs" as rent payment after hearing him play and inviting him a meal. Koki, Kensuke and Ryota were juniors in SunPro with high chances to debut in a group, but it didn't happen. Because of this, they decided to quit and join TsukiPro's auditions, with Mamoru as another group member and their composer.
Side G. Vol 2
As they prepare for the 2nd round of the auditions, they talk how they entered the entertainment world. Kou, Ken and Ryo pick their last fan letters sent to SunPro, and wonder how to motivate Mamoru.
They decide to change the way they do things by adapting to his times for song writing instead, and Kensuke writes Mamoru his first fan letter to try to help him out of a slump.
In this second round is when they meet with SOARA.
Side G. Vol 3
Before the third round, Koki is distracted by his wish to talk to Sora (SOARA's leader) without knowing how to, and ends up discussing it with Mamoru (after Growth thinks Kou is in love.)
When the songs are ready, they talk about uni exams, and Mamoru gets surprised because they have high test scores they needed to be able to work, and are already recommended into their unis. This was in exchange of "normal" high school experiences like trips and festivals, so they do a trip to one of Koki's family's vacation houses instead.
Side G. Vol 4
The boys finish their uni exams before the final round for the auditions, but they're not satisfied with entering university, since they're still missing their debut.
Mamoru notices his latest music had been resembling SOARA's, and decided to talk privately with each member to understand them better and use it on his writing, asking what type of songs they prefer.
By the final round, Mamoru says the songs are filled with their ideas of fun, so Koki asks if it's also Mamoru's fun in there, and he says yes because being in Growth and singing with them is fun to him. With this, they go to the final audition, and we know the rest!

STAR SAIL
STAR SAIL should be between Vol 2-3 due to its release date, but I put it first because it's easier 😅
It shows us the new problems the boys have after their debut, now that they're newbies.
Kensuke is auditioning for a “sentai” show.
Ryota got his “first” role in theater, and in the interview they made to him they remarked that he doesn't have proper acting experience, compared to the other, more experienced actors.
And Mamoru’s problem is that he's in the biggest slump he's been in since he started to compose, to the point that he went past the deadline. The longer he takes, the longer the staff that needs him to finish have their own work affected, which makes him even more anxious and he's stuck in an endless loop.

STAR SAIL
Koki forced him to take a break (to the point where he needs to physically drag him away from the keyboard) because taking a break won't do anything since he's already past the deadline anyway.
Koki thinks to himself that a professional shouldn't let things like that affect him, but Mamoru isn't familiar with the industry yet, and that's why it's his job to support him.
After a meeting, Koki is asked if he wouldn't be interested in the song of another composer because they have a lot in stock, but he rejects it and asks for more time.
At the end, their problems go fixing, while Kensuke didn't get the role he wanted he got a smaller one, Mamoru accepted his insecurities that were causing his slump and will keep existing, and Ryota works hard on the play despite being the youngest and less experienced of them.
Vol 1
Haru wo Meguru Monogatari
After getting their debut, the boys get ready to move, so Koki asks Mamoru if he's going to take the pachira with him, since it was the first thing he bought for the house.
Back then, Mamoru was hesitant to buy anything because he wasn't sure if he'd stay, but he truly had nowhere to go. When Koki was insisting him to at least buy cutlery, Mamoru got distracted with products on sale, and that's where he saw the wilting pachira.
Kou confessed that he didn't think Mamoru would stay, that one day he'd come up with an excuse and leave. Mamoru admits that he thought about it, that if they didn't pass the audition the most logical option was to leave, but now it's different, because being separated from him and Growth is something he doesn't want.
Vol 1
Haru wo Meguru Monogatari
Kou says that that spring when he met Mamoru led to a lot of things, and that it was a grandiose “new start.”
Ken and Ryo are also looking for stuff for the dorms, since Ken was thinking of arranging his room like Ryota's because he likes how he decorated it.
They wonder about how they'll pick the rooms, and Kensuke asks if Ryota doesn't prefer the last one, and he says yes because that way he won't be bothered by the others’ noise.
Ken says Ryota is sensitive to those things, and they remember they met when Kensuke used Ryota's towel by mistake.
Ryota got angry, and that's how they became aware of the other, and eventually became friends. Ryota says he's surprised they've been friends for so long, that he knows that sometimes he's too much, and that he thinks it's amazing that Kensuke doesn't mind it much.
Vol 1
Haru wo Meguru Monogatari
He jokes that it didn't feel like Ryota was praising him, but he doesn't care because he accepts that side of him, so Ryota says he likes that part of him, and that they should keep looking at furniture.
Already in the dorms, Mamoru fixes his keyboard, and Kou’s a little surprised that he brought it with him even when he has a piano in another floor, but Mamoru explains that he feels like he'd get inspired more like this and it's more practical, but he wants to go to play the piano as well.
Ryota tells him to do his best because they'll start to sell Growth's songs, and Mamoru replies that he feels like he got a big responsibility.
Kou reminds him to keep composing what he wants without minding they'll sell them, and Ken also adds that the agency already knows Growth's songs are different.
Vol 1
Haru wo Meguru Monogatari
As well, Kensuke realizes just then that they're really going to live there working as idols.
That it's Growth's “second start” and they wonder if the fans of the other agency already know about their debut, and that they want it to be announced properly so they can keep doing their best.
Vol 2
Kokoro no Puzzle
This was the first time we heard from ZIX!! 🤭
ZIX: The group that debut when Koki, Kensuke and Ryota had chances to debut in SunPro. They “stole” in a way their chance, due to “having connections.” (Makoto’s father is SunPro’s management director.)
The one on the left is Mitsuru, and Makoto's on the right.
Growth has an interview scheduled with a group that debuted a little before them, but there was a change of plans, and instead of that group, the interview was with ZIX. Growth and ZIX aren’t on good terms, as Makoto considers Koki a rival, and Mitsuru and Ryota don’t get along, to the point that they had been forbidden to work together back in SunPro.
Makoto and Mitsuru look for the way to subtly denigrate Growth’s work.
Vol 2
Kokoro no Puzzle
When they’re do with the interview, Makoto asks Koki if he doesn’t regret it, because he could’ve debuted with them, which Kensuke and Ryota didn’t know this.Makoto tells Koki that he hates him, that he’s always acting like a “goody two-shoes”, never thinking in what he wants but getting the best anyway, and that he wants Koki to be aware that he despises him.
Back in the dorms, Koki admits that he didn’t tell Ken and Ryo because he didn’t want them to think he rejected it because of pity for them, he truly wanted to debut with them, which is why he ended up quitting SunPro. While Ken and Ryo were hurt, they understand, and that at the end, they’re happy they’re all in Growth.
When they meet again, Koki keeps his good boy attitude, and provoking them in a way, he says they can hate him, but he doesn’t, surprising them.
Vol 3
Kimi ga Kureta Mono, Kimi ni Okuru Mono
Mochiduki appears, Growth finally has their personal manager!
Mamoru talks of how he found music in fifth grade through Minako, a girl in his class (His first love), who taught him how to play piano. However, she moved and had to quit, so she asked Mamoru to keep playing, and that when he became famous, she’d brag of having taught him.
Minako appears again the first time that Mochiduki is working as their manager, and turns out she’s married and has a stepson that lost his mom when he was little, and she mentions that if she was able to do something for Mamoru when she was little, surely she can do something for this kid as well.
Vol 3
Kimi ga Kureta Mono, Kimi ni Okuru Mono
Ken and Mamoru talk about music, like how Ken feels piano hates him despite being his favorite instrument, and he doesn’t play because of it.
Mamoru understands the face that he makes, because he did the same when he found out Minako wouldn’t play anymore.
That he never thought that his music would be worth anything or that living of it was an option until he met Kou, but he kept playing because he felt something very strong from her- A feeling of “I love music” that lives in everything he composes.
As well, he tells him that he’d make sure that those same feelings that Kensuke has would live in Growth’s songs as well.
Ken says that as Minako was the one to introduce Mamoru to music, in a way she helped Growth exist, so helping her is like paying back a favor.
Vol 3
Kimi ga Kureta Mono, Kimi ni Okuru Mono
They invited her and her family to an amusement park that they had free passes for, as they would be going to record a video in the evening.
She goes with the child, Toma, and after riding a few attractions, Mamoru talks with him. He understands his situation because he lost his parents when he was little, and helps him sort out his feelings with Minako, because he wondered if his mom would be angry or sad if he enjoyed being with her.
Koki says Toma is kind so his mother must’ve been kind too, and that surely she’d be happy to see him smile with Minako, so he makes the first step of getting closer to her by calling her by her name rather than her last name.
In the end, Growth talks of how she was relevant for their group, and Mamoru says that if there’s a God of music, then that’s Growth for him.
Vol 4
Kirakira
When he was little, Ryota went to see ballet with his mother. She asked if he had enjoyed it and he said yes, that everything was “brilliant”, which surprised her, because she thought she didn't like it anymore as he stopped going to the lessons.
He explained to her that he still loved it, but he felt like he didn't have anything “brilliant” like his teacher or other dancers, and it's not due to lack of experience as she suggests, so he needs to find something else where he can shine.
Already as a junior, he talks with Ken about the rumors regarding Eto, that the rest thought to be a favorite of the agency. They think it's an exaggerated rumor, even though Koki is quite good.
When Kensuke says Ryota is paying him a lot of attention, he says he's interested in knowing if Koki was born “sparkling”.
Vol 4
Kirakira
In the present, they're working with a boy called Mimira, who also composes his own songs and it's his first time working on TV since he usually makes videos online.
After talking with him privately, Ken uses Ryota's words, Mimira was “shining” and Ryo says Kou wouldn't lose, even though they weren't comparing them.
Ken comments that it shows how much Ryo looks at Kou, even in their junior days. Kou knows Ryota wasn't looking at him in a good way to Mamoru's surprise, and Ken admits it was some one-sided rivalry from Ryota's side.
By Ken's advice, Ryota ended up telling Koki to his face that if he didn't mind it he would be watching him, and Koki accepted it.
He was happy that they talked to him directly, but he didn't understand what he had that could be considered “special” that caught Ryota's attention.
Vol 4
Kirakira
Ryota explains to him that he had a very low tolerance and was very strict, that he had “things he can forgive” an “things he can't forgive” with no in between. That Koki is “sparkling” and has a lot of his “ideals.”
Back to the present, Ryota mentions again that he knows he has a bad personality, but Koki doesn't see it this way, to him, Ryota is strict specially on himself, and he's “shining” because even if he's not satisfied with himself and that pains him doesn't mean he'll give up, he keeps trying his best to reach his ideals one day, and Koki finds that beautiful and sparkling.
Ryota gets emotional because Koki isn't just “sparkling” but also helps others shine, and asks if Koki thinks he could make Growth shine more and he says yes, and that they should do their best to reach that brightness together one day.
Vol 5
Let us go singing as far as we go, the road will be less tedious
It has the same story than Ivesta 1.
After appearing in TV, a former classmate recognizes Mamoru and decided to go see him, trying to leave his card on the dorms, but the security guard kicked him out. Despite that, they met on the streets, and told Mamoru about a “distant relative” that was looking for him.
While Koki and Makoto are in a cafe Mitsuru butts in, telling Koki that he saw Mamoru with “someone suspicious”.
Turns out this former classmate asked Mamoru to lend him money for his business, a bakery that he opened with Mamoru's “relative”.
When Growth confronts Mamoru to understand the situation, he admits that he knows that it's a lie.
Vol 5
Let us go singing as far as we go, the road will be less tedious
He grew up in an orphanage because there was no one else, and that there's no way a relative would appear now, but he chose to help them because he believes their feelings for their bakery are real.
Growth goes to the store since they want them to apologize to Mamoru, which they do before they even get to confront them. That they won't ask him for money because they can't accept it after having lied to him like that.
The one to fix everything is Iijima, a detective whose first case was Mamoru's parents' accidents. He had visited him from time to time until he finished high school, and now he worked on frauds, like the ones the owners of the bakery were victims of.
Vol 5
Let us go singing as far as we go, the road will be less tedious
Iijima was also the one who taught Mamoru the quote "Let us go singing as far as we go, the road will be less tedious" since it was written in the bookmark that his wife gave him as a gift, and Mamoru had asked what it meant when he was a child.
Mamoru admitted before Growth's debut that it was a good luck charm to him, to the point that he wanted to put it in Growth's website, and it was Ryota who proposed they put it in the logo, even when he insisted that it was fine if they put it somewhere that wouldn't be noticed.
Kensuke told Mamoru it was his group too and to be more selfish with what he wanted, because they'd decide together, and Koki and him also agreed for it to be in Growth's logo.
Vol 6
Promessa
It was going to be a reading drama in Growth Party before its cancellation due to COVID, so now it came back as this CD Drama.
It has the same name as Ryota’s and Kensuke’s duet from the RE:START series.
For an event, the boys are going to have a reading drama (this was Ryota’s proposal) and the writer for this part is a man called Yagi, who explains to them that he wants to use RE:START as inspiration for the script.
Mamoru and Ryo are a bit uncomfortable with the idea that fans could consider this script as the “official” story, but Ken and Kou believe it would be just one possibility of many born from the song, which calms them a bit.
Vol 6
Promessa
Going back home, they met a kid playing with a football in the street, and Ken talks to him, reminding him to be careful, telling Growth that they became “friends” because he saw him playing alone a lot of times, and Kou and Ryo say it reminds them of Ken when he was younger.
When they have the first draft of the script, they read it in a break from practice, having their opinions and things they’d like to fix, like a more open final or more lines about the protagonist’s feelings, so they take notes for Ryota to tell Yagi.
When they’re done reading, their dance teacher also wants to do his best to change RE:START choreo, and asks Kensuke if he wouldn’t like to be in charge of a part.
They keep practicing with the days, with Kensuke and Ryota polishing the parts they’re more involved with.
Vol 6
Promessa
A day coming back from the practice, they see the kid in the street again and a car about to pass by, so Kensuke runs to save him.
The driver ended up stopping, but even though Kensuke tried to hide it from Ryota, he realized his leg got hit anyway. He gets him a taxi to go to the hospital, and even though he didn’t have anything broken, he got told to take it easy and was discouraged from dancing and doing the acrobatics he had planned for the event.
Ryota got angry because all their effort was thrown to the trash for Kensuke’s recklessness (Even if he knows he’d feel worse if anything would’ve happened to the kid) and Kensuke thanks him for being angry, because he knows he’d feel the same if it were the other way.
The only thing they can do is work to readapt the situation, and they talk about the meaning of “RE:START” and Mamoru says that this is just a "RE:RE:START" for them.

Episode 4: “One day”
Mamoru is invited to his former coworker’s wedding, who tells him his fiance isn't much the type to do house chores, saying she doesn't want to ruin her manicure. While thinking on what to get them as a gift with the rest of Growth, they find her in the street and decide to follow her, getting to a center in which she's taking cooking lessons. They decide to sign up for one too, and they end up in a group with her.
She explains her side, that she's bad with house chores so she's putting that excuse and she's sure people think she's with her fiance for his money, but since she's getting married she wants to do better.
Episode 8: “Parallel • Lineage”
The fights with ZIX! Things were still tense, and after losing in a quiz program that had falling in water as it's punishment, Koki gets sick. When he's having troubles on stage in another event with ZIX, Makoto helps him. After taking a break and feeling better, Koki thinks that he hurt Makoto’s and Mitsuru's feelings.
In yet another event, ZIX is late to the venue due to a traffic accident, so Growth, who was after them, decides to move their slot to give them time to arrive. When they get there and see what they did for them, ZIX accepts them as “good rivals” and start to get along a little more.
Episode 12: “Hidamari ni Saku” (This is just a recap)
Tsukipro the animation 2
Episode 4
Growth made the music for a game “Moon Forest Fantasy” and they were asked to clear a quest for an event. Because they can't go to the job without knowing what to do, Ken says the best is to practice by playing, and that he's a player so he'd help them. (They find out Mochiduki is one, too, and he's even friends with Ken online, even if they didn't know it was the other.) Kou thanks Ken for his help, and not only in the game, Ken has helped him a lot before, he's always supporting them. To Ken this isn't anything surprising, everyone is good at something, and he's just supporting that. That if he looks like he can “do anything” that's because they're at his side, and that actually he has felt a complex about being a jack of all trades but master of none for a long time, but Kou reassures him that in his eyes, Ken is incredible.
This episode's song is “Eisei no Sylvis.”
Tsukino Hyakkiyakou.
Episode 5
Ken visits Ryota, who can't be away from his lake for long, telling him about his trips. Soushi and Tsubasa appear, kicked out by Shiki to go explore different places, and they invite Kensuke. Ryo tells him to go, so he'd have more stories to tell him.
This episode's song is “Nagori oni” (Ken and Ryo sing with Shiki, Tsubasa, Sou and Mori.)
Tsukipro the animation 2
Episode 7
Kou and Mamoru are together with the Kuga twins! (Quell)
They're recording for Hyakkiyakou in a village and want to go to a festival after they're done working.
On the way there, they get separated after following a white fox.
This caused them to end up in the real Hyakkiyakou, the hundred demons festival.
Koki and Ichiru/Mamoru and Issei meet the others, but the demon versions of themselves. After meeting again and enjoying themselves for a bit, they're guided back, meeting Hajime and Shun, and praising them for the dance they had seen in the festival, but Hajime has no idea what they're talking about.
Shun smiles and tells them to enjoy the festival, so they notice it had only been minutes since they left the hotel, so they head to the human festival this time.
This episode's song is “Tsukino Natsuyume Matsuri” (Koki and Mamoru sing with Ichiru and Issei.)
Tsukipro the animation 2
Episode 8
Ryota dreamt of a time that he got lost in a sunflower field in an event held by SunPro. When he started crying, Kensuke found him. They're going to record a survival show with Mamoru (Kai and Ren for Tsukipro, too. Mitsuru and Kuroi from SunPro participate as well.) in a desert island. Looking for food in nature for a mission, Ryota finds a sunflower field. Mamoru has a memory of when he visited one when his parents were still alive. While cooking, Ryota asked him if he liked sunflowers, and he told him about his memory. To make something special for the mission, they go stargazing to the sunflower field.
This episode's song is “Wasurekaketa Mono.”
Episode 12
Preparing for the concert, Sora and Mamoru say they finished before the deadline, but upon hearing Shu’s say he wasn't done, they decide to review what they had. Because of this, in the next meeting, Shiki and Shu are done, and they have to admit they're now the ones not done yet. Sora panics after being reminded of the deadline, so they take a break in a park nearby. They share the different news from their groups, and have a bit of a profound talk about how grateful they are to be able to live doing what they love. Later, the managers bring them their fan letters, and they talk of that again before they keep working.
This episode's song is “Elements” (Mamoru sings with Shiki, Shu and Sora.)
EXTRA
Eto Koki (CV: Toki Shunichi)
-He admires those that can create things (not just music, he admires stylists, writers, choreographers, etc.)
-A bit dense when younger, and also a bit of an airhead (Like a time that Mamoru hit himself with a pole while they were talking and he didn't notice it.)
-He struggles to wake up in the mornings.
-Kou didn't know what a pillow fight was.
-He has gotten gifts for mother's day!
-He reads anything he's recommended.
-There was a time when going back home in the evening he got scared of his own shadow and he dropped some eggs. He got embarrassed to tell Growth what happened so he made up an excuse, until he ended up confessing it on the radio.
-Mamoru gifted him a bread maker machine on one of his birthdays! Another time, he asked for a rice cooker. He also gifted Growth "coupons" in the New Year to ask whatever they wanted to eat.
-Confessed during a Setsubun that he uploaded his recipes online with a pseudonym and doing that made him get nervous.
-He found Mamoru smoking one night and asked him for a cigarette, saying it wasn't the first time (that was with Shiki and Sora) and he tried to do a cigarette kiss with him (You light the cigarette with another one already lighted) but Ryota found them and scolded them before they could do so.
-When he was a kid he went to Alaska in a private jet and saw the northern lights. He's RICH rich.
-According to the MBTI (16 personality test) the official account posted, Koki is ENFJ-A.
Eto Koki (CV: Toki Shunichi)
-His father is a bank’s president. His name is Akito, and his mother's name is Ayano. Koki takes after her in appearance (Mamoru thought she was his sister) but she's much more wild, dreaming of the day her son had a “rebel phase”. However, she's the opposite of him regarding house chores, being unable to even crack an egg properly.
-His father sends him mathematical analysis of Growth's songs.
-Koki had never gone to a festival, because he felt guilty about asking when he was a child as everyone was busy.
-He tried ballet when he was a kid but quit.
-He asked for a sibling once, and his father replied that it was impossible, because God knew Ayano and him were completely dedicated to loving him. His mother added that she hoped that of all the love they could give him, he used the excess to give it to his loved ones.
Kou says he knows he's loved, and that's why he wants to spread kindness and love with the rest.
-There was a time when he fell asleep in Growth's common room on his day off. The others let him do so, and eventually fell asleep with him. Morihito went there for something, but after seeing them asleep he started playing “Flow Away” and left.
-Toki Shunichi considers Koki the most important character for the start of his career. He didn't think he could sing so he didn't consider it for the job until he went to the karaoke with his manager, who immediately realized he was wrong and asked him to send him a file singing to have it for auditions. The day he sent it, his manager got asked if he had anyone that could sing, and that's how he ended up in Tsukipro.
-Thats why Toki is so fond of Kou and celebrates his birthday. Between the presents he has mentioned buying there's a rice cooker, a set of bowls, one of knives that had “Ko” in the name, and a wine from Koki's birth year.
Yaegashi Kensuke (CV: Yamaya Yoshitaka)
-According to Ryota, Ken is a “sunflower” in Growth.
-Bad handling cold. He doesn't like green peas or parsley.
-He does like oranges! Also videogames and math!
-He has a driving license! (In Growth's Party reading drama, he was the one to drive them to the location.)
-When Kou said Ken always looks for the way to cheer others like when they were trainees, Ken admitted that he has a complex of feeling like he has nothing outstanding, and he’s just supporting the abilities of the others (That if he seems like he can do anything, it’s because he’s with them.)
-There was a time that it suddenly started to pour and he came to the dorms soaked despite having an umbrella when he left because he gave it to a kid.
-When he feels down, he sits in the chairs in the kitchen. Hearing Kou while he cooks, Mamoru humming as he passes by and Ryo serving him tea cheers him up.
-Mamoru said that Kensuke is like a “USB charger” since it's easy to get along with him.
-Everyone in his house loves music, his parents met in a concert.
-A time that Ryota asked them for a skit with Mamoru, they didn't agree on which name to use first. Koki suggested “Kemo-chan” and it stuck.
-He says his sister has a mental fortitude stronger than his.
-He wanted to be the “cool” type of idol, but he ended up being the friendliest and the easiest to talk with.
-According to the MBTI (16 personality test) the official account posted, Kensuke is ESFP-A.
Yaegashi Kensuke (CV: Yamaya Yoshitaka)
-One summer he was with Koki and he started to look at him analyzing him, wondering what he was thinking about because he didn't seem to be hot at all, so he asked. Kou wasn't thinking about anything, he was just waiting for the wind to blow because it was hot.
-Ken categorizes clothes in a lot of ways, unlike Mamoru who only has “tops, bottoms and underwear” and they don't understand each other.
-When he was in the first grades of elementary he cried because his birthday dinner wasn't cake.
-He had a girlfriend in school, but they broke up after realizing that what they liked was the idea of being in love rather than being in a relationship.
-Stage-related, but Kensuke's actor got told that in Zanshin everyone has a “darkness” aside from Kensuke, so he gets to act as a light for them.
-When they moved he put (without telling him) his clothes with the ones Ryota separated for the cleaning service, because he got lazy of calling for socks and underwear. When he asked Ryota if they didn't leave him one of his socks, he got horrified and told him he was going to lend him a pair but to not mix their laundry like that again.
-He liked Ryota’s room, so when they moved to the dorms he used it as inspiration to organize his own.
-Seiyuu data! When they started, Yamayan said to “Give him any job!” So they gave him Rudder Qiana and he immediately learnt to not say that again. (As well, he's the only one without a solo career yet.)
Sakuraba Ryota (CV: Yamashita Daiki)
-He keeps bandaids with him because Ken used to trip and get hurt a lot.
-He's TERRIFIED of insects, he can act normal if one appears and he's working, but internally he struggles.
-Got voted #1 more cat-like of ALIVE. (Another time the topic came up, he charged Mamoru and Ken 500 yens for hearing him meowing -without them asking for it-)
-He told Soushi that he reminds him of Ken, because both know how to deal with him, and people like him dislike when someone understands them easily but they ALSO dislike when someone doesn't get them easily.
-In setsubun he said he's not interested in the others’ secrets, but he ended up admitting he likes hearing them.
-He hates Mitsuru because they're too similar, so they both understand what irritates the other. No matter when, if they see each other they'll clash (Even if it's their first meeting, like in the different AUs.) Despite that, they're able to chat normally through texts.
-His mother likes theater and his father books. Ryota likes both, and considers his “romantic” side is his parents’ influence.
-During setsubun, Ren admitted liking his jacket and wanting to see the tag without touching it when he saw it in the common room, and Ryota told him he didn't mind if he asked him directly.
-According to the MBTI (16 personality test) the official account posted, Ryota is INTJ-A.
Sakuraba Ryota (CV: Yamashita Daiki)
-It seems like Ryo gets drunk fast, and he becomes very honest.
-One of his birthdays, Koki prepared alcoholic drinks, and Ryota ended up talking of how he was glad that Ken could go past his barriers, that he really liked Mamoru's songs, and that he was jealous of his talent. As well, that he thought that no matter what Koki could never be capable of hating him (he's unable of hating others) but Koki admits he's able to dislike some people, but his love for Ryota is unconditional. Ryo said he loves the three of them, he loves Growth, and everyone who listens to Growth's songs. After all this, he fell asleep.
-Another time (Also drunk), the topic of marriage came up, so he said that if he were to be asked who he'd marry in Growth if he was a girl, he'd say Ken. He loves Koki a lot, but it's more a parental type of love, and joked that Mamoru is more akin to a pet.
-He has a light sleep, so he prefers the room further from the rest.
-Despite scolding Growth for smoking, he confessed that he tried it once but couldn't handle the smell of the cigarettes.
-There was a time when he wanted to buy a drink in a store near the dorms but the electronic payment wasn't working so he was going to leave it and go home, but Shu was behind him and paid for him.
-Yamashita Daiki LOVES meat (He has a program where he cooks! The three Growth seiyuus participated eventually) but Ryota has said he prefers sweets.
Fujimura Mamoru (CV: Terashima Junta)
-He can tell apart Growth members by the sound of their steps.
-Unlike Sora that makes drawings everywhere, Mamoru's scores are so packed that there's no space.
-Kou and Mamoru tend to have “fated” meetings, like a time when Mamoru dropped a coin and ended up meeting with Koki randomly when he followed it.
-He dyed his hair blond in high school because he wanted to look “cool” for the girls, but it didn't look good and he turned it back to his color without any girl saying anything.
-Veeery ticklish. (Junta too, he showed it in Summer Carnival.)
-He’s the jealous type, like when Koki met SOARA and said he liked their songs, or after he heard his duet with Sora.
-His first love was a girl from his class, she taught him to play piano. They met again in Vol.3 drama, and it turns out she's married.
-Kou compared him to a migratory bird once, watching a documentary about one that had gotten separated from its flock and had stayed behind. The narrator said it looked lonely, and Koki wondered if it was “Happy to have stopped moving.” Without knowing what he was thinking, Mamoru said that if that were him, rather than sad he'd feel happy to “Have found his place”, which calmed Koki’s thoughts.
-He was given a bath bomb once. He prepared the tub and looked at how to use it on his phone. In the end, he dropped the phone.
-He gets lost easily even if he has a map.
-For Father’s Day, Growth gifted him a tie with music notes.
-According to the MBTI (16 personality test) the official account posted, Mamoru is ENFP-T.
Fujimura Mamoru (CV: Terashima Junta)
-When Kou gave them coupons in the New Year to ask for whatever they wanted to eat, he used one immediately. However, he didn't have a recipe, it was something he remembered his mom would do in those holidays, and he only remembered it was quick. Koki thought it amusing trying to guess it, so he started to ask things until he found it (The food Mamoru's mother made was milk mochi.)
-A time that the power went out, Sora went to see if he could help him recover his music data, but they use different methods so they went to look for Shiki.
-With Sora as well, once they saw a kid whining to his mom because he wanted an ice cream, and Mamoru thought that he would've liked to have moments like that with his mom, too. (Sora told him to ask him for something.)
-There was a time where he took a picture of Koki still half asleep, and even if he changes phones he has copies.
-Even though Mamoru is terrible at cooking, he's now able to make a fried egg! But he can't control how the yolk cooks. And when he made a fried egg for Koki, it had an eggshell. (Koki said “It has calcium” when he bit it.)
-Mamoru spends the festivities with the Eto family! Koki's mother calls him “Snufkin-san” sometimes.
-Mamoru shared (in his 2022 birthday, breaking the 4th wall a bit) that Growth was planned to be just 3 members and he was the last one to be added. (Even the song was prepared for them, so that's why Zunta ended up with the higher parts even if he has the lowest voice of the four.)
-Junta also has his own solo career, and he composes. There was a time where he had to cancel his radio because he had to compose. Very Mamoru-like of him.
ALIVESTAGE
Growth has stages from 1 to 9, and we have 3 seasons. (Episodes 1 to 3, 4 to 6 y 7 to 9.)
They’ve had their 7th anniversary in 2026, active since may 2019. In Growth, Ryota is the only actor to have had more than one actor, having one per season.
The actors are Hidemasa Shiozawa (Koki), Iwasa Yuki (Mamoru), Ishikawa Sho (Kensuke), and for Ryota, Mitani Reo (Ep1-3); Tachibana Ryo (4-6), and currently Tanaka Naoki (Since EP7- 2023.)
Growth’s stage cast has been in SQS ep.4 (Tsukino Empire), Tsukipro stage (Kisosekai/Machine elements) (Ryota didn’t appear in this one.)
Kensuke, with Soushi and Sora, were guests in SQS ep.6 (Kisosekai/Machine elements.)
Sometimes I bring up Kuro to Shiro stage (Movic’s original stage) since a few appeared there!
(Shortened to Ivesta/Ibusute)
Hidemasa Shiozawa
-Currently, Hide is both the oldest in the franchise (He’s almost 40! He’s from 1996.) and the leader that kept the role the longest. He was Asmodeus in Kuro to Shiro.
-For a LONG time, he questioned how much the role fitted him (Even talked it with Toki Shunichi), but FINALLY around ep9 he seems more in peace with it.
-Why is he like Koki? He’s a sweetie. He’s a kind man, in practices the others say he gifts them food and asks how they’re doing and give them advice.
-He’s attentive, like in ep.7 that Naoki was learning the choreo from an older stage, Hide talked to him to tell him which parts had changed ever since.
-In ep 1 practice when Riki (Mitsuru’s actor) was crying from the frustration he talked to him. Tact (Makoto’s actor) also mentioned he includes him when they take “leaders” pictures, as he’s ZIX’s leader.
-Ryusei (Sora’s actor) believes that even though both of them are “leaders” because of their roles, Hidemasa is truly the leader of ivesta.
-Sho was asked what role Hide would have if Growth’s actors were a family, and he said he’d be the father.
-According to Naoki, Hide disappears like a minute before they have to get on stage and appears right before.
-In ep.7 last show, he received a special letter from Koki; Kou mentioned to him that there’s times where things don’t come out as he plans them, and when that happens he thinks in the things he’s missing, he gets disappointed in himself, feeling unable to keep going. However, thinking that there’s Hidemasa, with the same role as him, with the same worries than him, that doesn’t stop no matter what, cheers him up, and to take care of him and Growth. Hide cried a lot but it was something he deserved!!
-He cried when he read the script for Growth's Oto Atsume version.
-For Lunafes, the staff in charge of the visuals asked him if he had any suggestion for hairstyle and makeup! So he did his research and looked for different pictures for inspiration. Those visuals are thanks to him, man knows what we want to see 😌
Hidemasa Shiozawa
Iwasa Yuki
-He has a pachira since ep1! Yuki has an aromatherapy license which in a way connects (? Him to Mamoru.
-However, he auditioned for Nozomu because he can play the bass.
-He was Belphegor in Kuro to Shiro!
-His birthday was during ep1 practice, so they prepared a cake as a surprise, but Yuki admitted that he knew because he saw it accidentally in a schedule, and as the time came closer he'd get more and more nervous because he didn't know how to react.
-The others say he's been good at lip sync since the start, and he had good stamina.
-Yuki loves eating gyoza, he's capable of doing it from zero. (That's not very Mamoru-like from him, but is cute)
-If they were a family, Sho said Yuki would have the mother role.
-Yuki has also mentioned that no one outside his family called him “Yu-san” until Sho.
Iwasa Yuki
-Yuki is good friends with Sasa Tsubasa! (VAZZY’s Naosuke CV, and Tsukista’s Iku first actor.) (Self-proclaimed Tsukipro's dog.)
-Because of this, during Lunafes he took a picture with both Nao and Iku, asking what was the relation.
-In 2023, he went to Terashima Junta’s birthday event.
-Before ep9 he posted a picture of Origin Mamoru before the official account did it, months before the play, so he had to delete it almost instantly. (BUT I SAW IT AND DIED.)
-He cried when he read the script for Growth's Oto Atsume version.
-In ep2 curtain call, he said the stage felt like a house with a lot of people supporting them like pillars, so that was as if the house was built over them and that's technically an urbanistic infraction, but he loves that house.
-For one of Lunafes interviews, he said that, to him, despite being a lot of people in the cast, there was no one “bad”, everyone was kind and he thought that because of how kind Tsukipro's world is, it brings that type of people to the cast as well.
He’s divorced and that makes him hotter to me
Ishikawa Sho
-Ken was one of his first roles, he's the youngest in Growth (He was 23 in ep1) he grew a lot ever since, and he's very happy when someone tells him they liked Kensuke more or met him because of the stage, since he feels he can “give back” the favor. However, he auditioned for Soushi because he can play the drums.
-Ep7 ran through his birthday, so Kensuke sent Sho a letter. He told him how when Sho auditioned they thought they were similar because both struggled to “read the air”
-He loves singing (He wants to do seiyuu work! In ep1 there was a karaoke collaboration so he went to it with Hide and Yuki, but neither wanted to sing so he ended up doing it alone.)
- He's now in a dance and vocal group, REBUILD-ONE (RB1)
-Yuki and Hide were both busy before Tsukipro Stage (Kuro to Shiro ran just before) so he kept them updated on the changes they did, and both said they could feel that Sho had matured then 🥺
-Even if he got along with all Ryota actors, he admits he feels like he can be more open with Naoki because they're the same age.
Ishikawa Sho
-He said he started to enjoy dancing after Ep5. It's when he started to feel more confident, so it's the one he recommends to start watching. (He forbade us from watching ep1, but we complained and he said we could watch it but not Jiyuu no Tori, My gloria or Rudder qiana.)
-He complained (jokingly) that in ep9 during “Falchion”, Naoki did a move it wrong but Hide and Yuki copied him, so it felt like Sho was the one to make a mistake. (In the last show it feels like Hide takes an extra second to make sure they're in sync.)
-He also says that if it looks like he gets back on stage late sometimes when they do fan service, that's because Hide takes his time, and they have a route to take. If Hide stalls and he's behind him, he'd take longer too.
-During a game in the 48hs stream he thought that “London” was a country, and didn't understand until Yuki explained that “It's as if you said Tokyo instead of Japan.”
-He wanted to meet Yamayan!! He finally got to during Guropa!!!!
Tanaka Naoki
(Ryota’s actor since ep7!)
-Naoki joined in 2023! He’s a busy actor (He was Kirishima in My hero academia stage and Sugawara in Haikyuu stage), but he does his best to appear as much as possible (He went to the last Rockfes show after another work, and went to the release event of ep9 even if it was announced he wouldn’t participate.)
-As he and Sho are the same age they get along, Naoki says he’s jealous that Sho can eat a lot without gaining weight, while Sho is jealous that Naoki can gain muscles easily.
-In ep9 that they use Origin costumes in which Ryota uses heels, the staff prepared shoes with a smaller heel for his safety, but he insisted in using the shoes from the photoshoot on stage. (According to him, that he had never used heels. I think he’s lying.) -He liked Elements (composer songs) a lot in ep9. In another stage’s practice that he was with Tsukamoto (Shiki’s stage actor who appeared in ep9) he kept humming it, and Tsukamoto would ask him “Again?” Very Ryota-like of him.
Mitani Reo
(Ryota’s actor from ep 1 to ep 3)
- Even though Naoki is the current actor, Reo was Ryota’s first actor (And in my opinion, he was the leader along with Mashu, Morihito’s first stage actor.)
-Back then he was the leader of an idol group “Hi!Superb” so he knew how the idol role was. But despite knowing how to dance, he didn’t know much about ballet, so he tried to put more attention to that part.
-He’s another case of auditioning for another group, Reo auditioned originally for Ren and Sora, but ended up getting Ryota’s role.
-Reo cried in ep1 curtain call, and when Yuki (the only one that hadn’t cried yet) started crying backstage after the last show, Reo was happy that everyone cried in front of the camera and not only him 😂
Tachibana Ryo
(Ryota’s actor from ep 4 to ep 6)
-In the second season, Ryota’s role went from Reo to Ryo. (He was also Raguel in Kuro to Shiro -Belphegor's brother, Yuki's character- and Lucky boy in Identity V Stage.)
-When he joined in ep4, WYD, in one of the adlibs, Hide gave him a “welcome” showing his real script on stage with all the notes he did, showing the public that he really did his best.
-Also in WYD, after Growth’s first show ended, Koki and Sora were supposed to be the last to leave the stage, but Hidemasa asked Ryusei to let him do it with Growth, and after bows, Ryo started crying.
-Ryota in ep6 was one of his last jobs before retiring as an actor.
-Ryo understood Ryota very well due to being very very similar to him.
-I hope he’s doing well and is very very happy with whatever he's doing 💕
Igarashi Kakudo (Tact)
-He’s a dancer and choreographer, he made the choreo for half of the ZIX’s songs they've performed, the choreo for ep.6 theme “Gift for the music”, and also the choreo for the “Yumemigusa” version they did in Tsukista ep.11 Tsukihana Kagura.
-When he was younger he tended to be told he looked “feminine” so he particularly likes Makoto’s “manly” side.
-As Tact is older than Riki, he felt like he had to close the gap between them, so he sent him a message being clear with what he thought, and that made Riki really happy.
-He was Mammon in Kuro to Shiro. (Not Movic, but he was Sukuna in Jujutsu Kaisen stage.)
-He wrote and directed a play for T-gene stage~
-Though he had already appeared in scenarios before (He was a dancer for SQS Blazing & Freezing) Makoto was one of his first stage roles.
-He was in a bl short movie I got to watch after visiting sus sites
(Changed his name!)
Yamane Riki
-Another newbie with his first role in Ivesta, he said he didn't even know which side of the stage was which back then.
-In my opinion he deserves the credit for being able to dance next to a professional without the breach being obvious (and with the heels of his first stage costume!! That gotta be like 5cm!)
-For ZIX STAGE, when Tact was teaching them the choreo, he marked a noise for them to follow the rhythm, and even though the dancers picked it up immediately, Riki had no idea what sound was he talking about. (It was one at the start of the song.)
-Tact brought up that he had grown from being someone who cries because he can't act like he wants, to be someone who cries because he's acting (For Zix stage!)
-When they were still getting to know each other before ep1, Tact invited him to an expensive restaurant with private rooms, and when he got there Tact told him he'd be there a little later and to go in, but Riki got too nervous and waited for him outside.
-Both ZIX’s actors are quite introverts which I find it funny considering their roles, but I adore them 🥺💕
Episodes 2 and 5 the story is almost the same for both versions, but the protagonists change.
Episode 3, 4 and 6 is the same story focusing more on either Growth or SOARA (I'll just talk of Growth's.)
Episode 7 and 8 is one story (changes are on the setlists.)
Lastly, episode 9 is an exception because both versions have completely different stories.
(Some of these summaries I needed help with translate so be nice 😂 And they were translated from eng to spanish and eng again so… yeah) (The second slide of each stage has my own summaries with spoilers!)
(Shortened to Ivesta/Ibusute)
Episode 1:
Let us go singing as far as we go: the road will be less tedious.
A spring day.
Going on a walk, Mamoru meets with a former classmate by chance. He's accompanied by someone who says they're Mamoru's distant relative…
“Kou-kun. When Growth has an official site one day, could I add this phrase somewhere? These words are like a good luck charm to me.”
Episode 1:
Let us go singing as far as we go: the road will be less tedious.
My summary:
Mamoru meets with a former classmate, who asked Mamoru to lend him money for his business, a bakery that he opened with Mamoru's “relative”, but he knows that it’s a lie that it’s his relative.
However, he chose to help them because he believed their feelings for their bakery are real.
Growth goes to the store since they want them to apologize to Mamoru, which they do before they even get to confront them. That they won't ask him for money because they can't accept it after having lied to him like that. (Of course, everything ends well~)
Episode 2:
Tsukihana Kagura -Ao to Midori no Monogatari-
Sing for the moon, dance with the flowers.
Don't get lost in the sounds of the world.
Lose yourself in the fragrance of the flowers.
The honorable King of the Flowers will come from the Tsukihana Kagura dancers.
My summary:
We start with the AUs! This time it’s Tsukihana Kagura, before the current time.
Mamoru and Sora have a special magic capable of controlling earth, and they created a tool for people without those abilities to be able to use it. Despite creating it with the intention of avoiding natural disasters, after their country was invaded, their enemies developed it to facilitate war.
After being captured, they escaped with the help of two mercenaries, Makoto and Mitsuru. However, they split and ended up in different countries, Mamoru in Asagi with the rest of Growth. (And Sora in Seiran, with the rest of SOARA.)
The continuous use of this tool led to the volcano that almost killed 80% of living creatures and divided the continent in its last eruption.
Spoilers from here to avoid this, Mamoru offered a “dance” that ends with his sacrifice. Eventually, in the current time, they reincarnate and remember their previous life after practicing for the Tsukihana Kagura festival with the song that Mamoru made for Asagi. to here!
Episode 2:
Tsukihana Kagura -Ao to Midori no Monogatari-
“If the god of youth is really out there, I'm sure he'll save me.”
Everything started with a request via email.
“Please save me!”
SOARA and Growth arrive at a school where students and teachers always fight.
SOARA is on the students’ side, while Growth is on the teachers’ side?!
Laughs, cries, anger, disappointment.
You and I, adults and children.
Delivering to you shining idols of youth!¡Entregándote ídolos brillantes de la juventud!
“Then, it’s okay to call for you, no?”
“Hello, God!”
“I…”
“I’M HERE!”
Episode 3:
SCHOOL REVOLUTION Hello Kami-sama Boku wa Koko ni Iru!
Episode 3:
SCHOOL REVOLUTION Hello Kami-sama Boku wa Koko ni Iru!
My summary:
The picture the boys got on the radio had a “spirit” and they went to the school where this picture was taken. It turned out that there were students that could see a ghost, but none of the teachers could. In ALIVE, everyone except Soushi, Morihito and Ryota can see him either. (Though, Soushi can hear it.)
The ghost’s name is Komoya, and one of the teachers, Sakai, says that according to what he was told Komoya has the uniform of the school, but he doesn’t remember any student with that name, nor anyone that died since he became a teacher. After talking it over, they reach the conclusion that they should help Komoya pass to the afterlife, and he agrees.
Spoilers from here Basically, Sakai and Komoya were classmates when Sakai was a student, and Komoya (this was a nickname, that’s why he didn’t realize and either way wanted to forget about it) promised to show him something interesting, but died before that. to here
Episode 4:
WYD -Wake your dreams!-
An offer comes for Growth and SOARA to participate in a musical called “RE:WYD”
RE: WYD is a remake from the legendary musical WYD, in which the equally legendary talent and actor from TsukiPro, Watarase Ken, starred in when he was younger, making him and the musical famous worldwide.
SOARA’s leader, Sora, was chosen to portray the role of the singer, the protagonist role that Watarase had once.
Growth's leader, Koki, was chosen for the part of the heroine, a dancer, whose gender was changed to a man in this remake.
The members of ALIVE have their first try with a grand musical. The newest challenge for Koki and Sora starts now!
Episode 4:
WYD -Wake your dreams!-
My summary:
There's not much more to add here! They participate in this remake, while Kou and Sora do their best to adapt to their roles, and Koki looks how to get used to the role of this dancer who's quite different from himself, looking for people with similar personalities to inspire himself with (Like Shun) thanks to Mamoru's advice.
Episode 5:
TSUKINO HYAKKIYAKOU Kitan TENGOKU -Kimi Shinita Mafu Koto Nakare-
“I’ll die for your sake.”
A story about the gods in the “prison” of heaven, and the beasts that wander the land.
Episode 5:
TSUKINO HYAKKIYAKOU Kitan TENGOKU -Kimi Shinita Mafu Koto Nakare-
My summary:
Another AU! This time it's Tsukino Hyakkiyakou. In this story they make more emphasis on the division between “gods” (Koki and Morihito) and the others, yokai’s and human’s.
Due to some of the gods being tired of the world because they’re not revered as they used to be, they try to use Koki’s, Morihito’s and a yokai’s power in a ritual to be able to create a new world.
Spoilers we have blood! Koki sacrifices himself to save Morihito and Kensuke, but Hajime ends up reviving him until here.

Episode 6:
Gift
He was one of the popular ones in class.
The favorite for "Male student of the year" in university.
He formed an acting troupe, and as an actor, was in charge of the play's direction and the scripts.
He even got offers to appear in TV.
There was a time where the man's life had been dazzling and he had never doubted himself.
However...
It all came down in a moment.
His troupe separated years later, and offers stopped coming.
The man, who tried to go back to fame by trying to enter "N-1" a competition for young comedians, had been rejected 4 years in a row in the first round.
His partner announced his marriage and he'd quit, and his duo got dissolved.
The man finally lost faith in himself.
"I've never had any talent. There's people who have gifts, and people that don't. This world, this life, it's so unfair!"
The man went to a cafe ran by one of his former troupe members, and met...
Sora's and Mamoru's duo, who had gifts recognized by everyone around them.
Ren, very talented in a lot of ways, but unable to fully use his potential.
Nozomu, who was always chasing after his older brother, a genius and charismatic bassist.
Ryota, who always hated himself for not having the talent he desired.
An argument came.
Despite Ryota being the less suited for comedy, after his discussion with Hamada, they decided to make improvised duos (Sora and Hamada, Nozomu and Ren, Ryota and Mamoru) to try to pass the first round of the "N-1" competition.
"Talent is the first gift you get from God as a thank you for being born. I'm sure that's something that everyone has."
I've always wanted to believe in myself.
Episode 6:
Gift
My summary:
They talk of “talents”. The boys meet a comedian that feels like he doesn’t have any “gift” or “talent” that makes him special, which is why he’s about to give up. They try to encourage him to keep trying, and they also get involved in a “comedy battle” in pairs. (Sora and Hamada, Nozomu and Ren, and Mamoru and Ryota.)
Ryota and Mamoru do their best, and also talk of the “talent” that Mamoru was born with.
Episode 7:
ZANSHIN -RINU SOSEI-
At a certain place, there was an event going to commemorate the victories in the war, to celebrate the hope for peace, and bring consolation to the families of the victims.
Representatives of various countries, alliance members, the higher members of Minerva, dignitaries from all the world were invited to enjoy the event, with famous artists invited, and the place brimming with music.
When everyone had forgotten about war for a moment, "it" appeared.
"Hi, hi! I welcome all of you, ladies and gentlemen! I'm just a white demon, a beast of the heart. A pathetic clown that has words to do nothing but mock this world."
A sudden attack from a "Regret" that understood and talked human language.
The one to face him is the Azure Emperor in the flesh, an outstanding soldier.
When white and blue collided, the story of these warriors started.
Beyond this rain of tears, look for the blue in the distant sky.
Episode 7:
ZANSHIN -RINU SOSEI-
My summary:
Another AU! This time it’s Zanshin, it tells the story of how Koki went from being an idol to a soldier after being attacked by a Regret during an event, in which he took the weapon of a soldier and managed to hurt it.
He has to adapt to his new life, and talks about this with Sora, the General in charge of the team created to find 2ez, the Regret that attacked in that event.
A spoiler from Sora’s story from here As well, it’s the story of how Sora received the injury that left him out of the battlefield, in the hands of the Regret that used to be his friend before its expansion around the world. to here.
Episode 8:
Taikyoku denki no, butaiura
SOARA and Growth become the protagonists of the “Taikyoku Denki” stage play.
They challenge themselves with action scenes with kung-fu, putting all their energy into the practice.
Everything started with the sudden declaration from president Tsukino.
“I want to make a fun play, like a movie set in India, with everyone singing, dancing, and having a fun time!”
Is this Chinese style? Indian style? Probably neither!
Behind the scenes, other groups also get involved… See how it all ends!
Episode 8:
Taikyoku denki no, butaiura
My summary:
Boys participate yet again in a stage play, this time set in Taikyoku Denki world. Ryota, Ren and the stage’s original character, Seiya -a Tsukipro actor- struggle to understand the world, looking for inspiration on different movies with Kensuke and Nozomu.
In the play part itself, the boys are going to a festival, but problems appear soon enough, as there’s assassins looking for Makoto, one of the Imperial Princes, and they cross paths with ALIVE’s group. They try to help as the guards believe that the problems are the Gokuzokus in the city rather than it being a conflict between humans.
Episode 9:
Oto atsume feat ORIGIN
The heartbeat of the world is music.
Can you hear the heartbeat of the world?
Can you hear the stories of life?
Our hearts tremble and become sound.
Let’s join these precious sounds one by one.
You are the world, and the world is you.
Ah…
You are here, moving my heart.
Episode 9:
Oto atsume feat ORIGIN
My summary: Growth- Hope diamond:
It’s an original AU from the stage. It happens in the country of Grashita, which is involved in different wars with the goal of conquering other countries. The soldiers that die believe they have the power of the “Hope diamond” which makes them unable to die in battle. This jewel is in possession of Grashita’s King, and its power comes from Mamoru, a “mage” born with a darkness protection, tied to the “Hope diamond” which makes him obey the one to own it. However, he became friends with Koki, Kensuke and Ryota, and eventually the truth came up. Soldiers don’t really “revive”, just their body does. With this, Koki, General of the military, tries to convince the King, his uncle, to stop using that power. From here (Koki attempts to get help from their enemies but the King found out, making Koki and Mamoru end up separated from Kensuke and Ryota. When they come back to Grashita, they’re both already in control of the King, so they have a battle in which Ken and Ryo die. After facing and killing the King, Koki destroys the Hope diamond due to Mamoru’s request.) to here is spoilers.
ALIVESTAGE -Side Story-
ZIX STAGE- Break it!
Sugai Makoto and Hishida Mitsuru are chosen to form a new group under Sun Promotion Entertainment (SunPro).
Every day it’s filled with their discussions.
Envy, jealousy, betrayal, a drama full of expectations and feelings behind their dramatic relationship.
In a world full of brilliant lights, there’s also a deep darkness.
Friendship? Bonds? No, nothing of that. The only thing between Makoto and Mitsuru was mutual benefit.
ALIVESTAGE -Side Story-
ZIX STAGE- Break it!
Oh no, I conveniently dropped the ZIX’s side story summary too!
My summary:
This is the story of how ZIX came to be. Basically, Makoto and Mitsuru were supposed to be in a group with Koki, but he rejected the offer.
Makoto had a particular interest to be in a group with Koki, but after he rejected it he didn't care anymore.
At the same time, Mitsuru was decided to get his debut by any means, getting the president (A temporary substitute) to keep going, while he also tried to convince Makoto to accept.
In the end, Makoto accepts out of pity, after finding out Mitsuru's “true” personality, after seeing him working in a store in which his father appears, an alcoholic that makes a scene driving Mitsuru to his breaking point.
