All citizens can contend (with Court Clerk) any citation brought against them in P-ville court within 48 hours of the citation. If court rejects case, the citation stands. Thus, offenders are obliged to pay any fines and /or do punishments by a prompt time set by court. If citizen is found innocent the citation is dropped from that citizen’s record and any fines are reimbursed. If citizen contends a case in a P-ville court and is deemed having wasted the court’s and P-ville time by overwhelming evidence by the prosecution, then the court may hand down a harsher ruling on the citizen. | ||||||||

Probably the best, undoubtedly the most dedicated, Police Chief in P-Ville History. So dedicated it scared the hell out of most citizens. De La Rosa didn’t let crime find him. He found the crime and then brought it to justice! This former P3 character, who frequented P7, not only wore his badge but used it to see that justice prevailed and wrongdoers were held accountable no matter what their relation to him.
Thus made De La Rosa respected by many, tolerated by some and hated by few. Always on the beat and investigating something, some thought Jody Jackson paranoid. However, others respected the time and effort he put into his job to protect and serve P-Ville.
De La Rosa was innovative as well. He created the POSITIVE citation so police could recognize good and not just bad in P-ville.One moment he is giving out NEGATIVE citations to students tardy to P-Ville. The next moment he is spearheading secret sting operations to stop terror plotting misfits of P-ville.
De LA Rosa holds a wealth of knowledge of how P-Ville Law Enforcement should be carried out. FIND HIM! INTERVIEW HIM! FILM HIM! RECORD HIS IDEAS SO FUTURE P-VILLIANS WILL CARRY OUT A JUST AND ORDERLY P-VILLE.
