CCBL Process:
Input Process Output
1. Added to public list of CCBL project ideas
2. List of ideas are vetted by CCBL working group
3. Validators vote for ideas
4. Passed ideas added to quarterly CCBL proposal
1: Idea proposer (can be any community member)
Submit a project idea including sufficient details. �(Note: upon inclusion in the Validator Survey you will receive SA points)
2/4/5: CCBL Working Group
Go over the submitted ideas in a public meeting and ensure the ideas cover the CCBL boundary conditions as set out by the previous CCBL on chain proposals.
Validator Survey
2/3/4: Committee Chair
Create the updated Validator Survey (VS), review the answers to it, and publish the aggregated results.
3/5: Validators
Vote on the Validator Survey to decide which ideas get listed on the updated on chain CCBL proposal and on the resulting proposal to signal continued support. (every 3 months)
6: Interested party
Submit a forum post signalling interest in a CCBL bounty and create an on chain proposal. (similar to typical proposal process but the project idea is already deemed appropriate by the chain)
5. Result of updated on chain CCBL proposal
6. CCBL projects can be proposed
