FORM B: GeRL ASSESSMENT TOOL FOR ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITIES
The indicators in this form determine the LGU’s gender responsiveness in terms of its policies, plans, and institutional capabilities.
FORM C: GeRL ASSESSMENT TOOL FOR BASIC SERVICES AND FACILITIES
The indicators in this form determine the LGU’s gender responsiveness in the delivery of basic services and facilities.

Contains the basic profile of the LGU, including officials, demographics, and economic information, among others.
