Cassandra Bianco teaches meditation and has worked with beloved wellness brands, advising some of the world's most disruptive companies.

Cassandra's focus is within the fields of psychology, contemplative science and neuroscience. Merging modern innovation with ancient wisdom, her perspective is rooted in the interconnectedness of all beings. For 15 years she’s trained with world-renown instructors and currently studies a lineage-based meditation with Thupten Phuntsok, a former Tibetan Buddhist monk. Phuntsok’s core teacher received direct guidance from a former tutor to the Dalai Lama.

Avi Greenberg is a Breathwork & Mindset Coach.

At a physical low point - overweight, depressed, and suffering from addiction, Avi turned his life around after training with world-renowned Wim Hof.

He built habits of morning breath-work, cold submersion, and sauna usage, all healing weight-loss, sleep quality, addiction, and his restoration of energy. Avi’s trained in dozens of other effective breathwork modalities and guides students to use stress to build resiliency, creating new pathways to healing, and a deeper connection to the body.

Now, Giancarlo is on a mission to transform the way we use technology to liberate the creative intelligence of humanity.

Katya Stepanov, CEO of The Inheritance Project

Katya is a facilitator, speaker and writer who trains and works with leaders and organizations to build understanding across cultural divides and guide authentic BIPOC social change. She has designed and facilitated team building events for over 60 companies across sectors including HBO, NBC, Lockheed Martin, and J&J. She is also the creator of Inheritance, an immersive VR experience exploring Russian-Jewish immigrant identity and culture, for which she received the COJECO Blueprint Fellowship.

Her mission is to connect people across divides through collaboration and storytelling, and create containers for transformation and belonging.

Daniel Ryan, Hypnotherapist

Daniel blends a curious philosopher's mind with an open and compassionate heart.

Daniel is the Co-director at The Center for Integrative Hypnosis in New York City, where he’s maintained a private practice since 2012. Daniel studied and trained in techniques of meditation at the School of Practical Philosophy in New York City while exploring Vedic philosophy, neuroscience, east/west mysticism, and psychology. He’s received board certifications in hypnotherapy (Cht) regression therapy (Crt) and neuro-linguistic psychology. He also co-founded the Center for Integrative Healing. Daniel has consulted with Bank of America, Spotify and Buzzfeed, building experiences that explore the art of shifting culture.

Florencia Fridman, Co-Founder of Cacao Lab

Florencia Fridman is a self-empowerment coach working with heart opening therapies involving holistic nutrition. These include Ceremonial Grade Cacao, sound journeys, and breath work as instruments for growth; creating a safe vessel for creativity and building kinship. She studies with T'zutujil Mayan elders in Guatemala.

Florencia has been working internationally for 7 years and facilitates ceremonies Spotify, The Assemblage, The Class by Taryn Toomey, Deepak Chopra, ABC Carpet & Home, Woom Center, Healhaus, among others. She’s the Co-Founder of Cacao Lab, a Ceremonial Cacao brand aiming to bridge the gap between the modern culture and the indigenous communities.

Cathy Trentalancia, Founder of MindScience

Cathy’s credits include “Cosmos” with Carl Sagan and Historical Consultant on the Cosmos series with Neil DeGrasse Tyson, “The Healing Has Begun” with Richard Gere and Jonathan Cott. Cathy received her Masters in South Asian Studies from Columbia University . Cathy works with Sharon Salzberg on the Faculty of the Contemplative Based Resilience Program at Garrison Institute and has been meditating for over 25 years.

Cathy is certified at the Compassion Teacher Training at Nalanda Institute, the advanced teacher training at MNDFL, and Mindful Schools. She teaches meditation in corporations for American Express, Sony, Simpson Thatcher, Shisheido and Carnegie Hall.

Thupten Phuntsok, Tibetan Buddhist Monk

Born in Haiti, Thupten Phuntsok (Irnst Norgaisse) came to New York with his two sisters when he was nine years old and was ordained as a novice monk by Sermey Khensur Lobsang Tharchin Rinpoche in 1993. He received his Full Ordination (Gelong) the following year, and he’s been a formal student of Buddhism for over 30 years. He teaches at MNDFL and has led sessions at international conferences.

He started his education under the guidance of Kyongla Rato Rinpoche, until he met his main teacher, the late Sermey Kensur Rinpoche Geshe Lobsang Tharchin. Phuntsok also received direct guidance from Sermey Kensur Rinpoche Geshe, who studied under a key tutor to the Dalai Lama.
