Grow Your Spirit
Cultivate your identity, faith, or self

How can you Grow Your Spirit?
Don’t you ever wish you could see something change, really change, in your life when you do something you think will better it? Though the world may not respond immediately, Grow Your Spirit will.
Grow Your Spirit gamifies the process of building consistent rituals in your life by tying your action logs to the growth of plants on your shelf. Every time you take a specific action of your choice, you can log them on Grow Your Spirit.
With consistency, these logs will make your plants grow, showing visual representation of your progress and reminding you of how far you have come.

Why Grow Your Spirit?
Though there are many apps touting a connection with plants, they are generally aimed toward a specific practice, such as meditation or guided self-care—they are largely prescriptive, and restrict users to specific actions.
For example, the app Meditation&Trees plants real trees when users meditate enough. However, such actions are far-removed from the users and do not impact their daily life, making this app easy to put down. In addition, this app uses guilt from the change they could be making to keep users engaged—not a nice way to start or end your day.

Monetization
Grow Your Spirit is against intrusive advertisements in an app that is reflective of your space. We believe that brings in unnecessary clutter and monetizes your every engagement.
However, in order to fund further development and updates, there will be functions that are limited behind a paywall of a one-off payment of $3.99, such as additional/specific plants and number of total plants.
Free users can only access two slots in the shelf, and can only grow the Pothos and Saguaro. This gives the user a meaningful representation of how the app would function in its full capacity, while also keeping their options limited and giving them incentive to pay.
